Imagine you are awakened by a toothache that simply will not let you live with it another day. Now lets say it happens on a Saturday morning during the summer and your dentist is having a day off or away on vacation. You try to self-medicate with ibuprofen but you know you need a dentist now! This was my situation today. Fortunately Urgent Care Dental in Riverdale, New York was there for me. Within a quarter-hour of arriving at the convenient store-front office, Nilda, the extremely kind office manager made sure my my paperwork was in order, and Aleisha, the dental assistant was giving me my x-rays. Dr. Raphael Hamilton, the dentist on duty promptly examined my teeth and diagnosed the problem. In my case, I had one of the worst diagnoses a dental patient can have--an infected rear molar--a large, gnarly tooth to treat or extract. Dr. Hamilton told me my options and went to work. It was a difficult task, but he accomplished it with professional aplomb and abundant kindness to me as his patient. Dr. Hamilton was a skilled and resourceful clinician. He was also polite, encouraging and always attentive to how I was feeling during the treatment. No one wants or plans for a dental emergency, but when you have one, it is a great relief to be know that there are effective and compassionate dental professionals accessible to you in your time of need. I cannot recommend Dr. Hamilton, Nilda and Aleisha enough for the care they gave to me. I am writing this as a service to the public, not to Urgent Care Dental, because the public needs to be aware of the invaluable care this dental clinic can provide.

Excellent customer service! Kristine and Wayne are awesome and very helpful. They are great with children. Kristine made my son feel comfortable and calm. Dr. Sung is very nice, quick and gentle. They are an excellent combination. Found them on online but will definitely be using their services again. Highly recommend it!

The staff is amazing. Found this on google and the place is clean and comfortable. The services were pricey but will go again because the customer service is amazing. Better than a dentist I had seen a year ago. I highly recommend this place.
