I was very dissapointed with my experience! The front desk girl was great asking all the right questions but than the assistant comes out wearing gloves and a mask on her face. Yuck!!! When is the last time you changed those things!? Youre not touching me with those after touching door knobs and whatever else you came across. She tried to take X-rays on me while I am 6 months pregnant! (By the way, still wearing the same gloves) I told her I refuse since I am pregnant. She tried to show me my own doctors medical clearance to be seen as if I have not read it myself? I dont care what the doctor says because at the end of the day if something is wrong with my baby I would never forgive myself for that X-ray to be taken. She called in the office manager and she continues to tell me that due to insurance purposes they cant do anything for me if they dont have an X-ray. I know the dental field, I have been in it for a few years but I dont want to be that snuddy person saying I know everything so I never told them about my professional life. I know X-rays are used to prove that someone needed some work done for billing purposes and to see about any underlining diseases. I just wanted a temporary filling while promising to come back right after my baby is born to get everything done with X-rays but than I was told that there was no code for a temporary material to be placed to help me with my discomfort. So basically! She is only worried about getting paid. Thanks so much for caring about peoples discomfort! This is not a friendly, happy to help practice but just another business for another profit driven businessman.

Everyone at broadway dental is awesome! They work great as a team and are very welcoming. the front desk girl is lovely and makes you feel at home. The assistant was very gentle when she took my x-rays and i loved that factor. I was seen by Dr. Chen and he was great! painless visit it was indeed. I hada few cavities thinking it would be worse and I felt absolutely nothing when I had the work done. He also gave me a good cleaning and was very gentle the entire time. Need more dentists like the ones here in this office. They show there dedication and care for the patients, which other places lack. But I am very happy to say that i have found my dentist and theres free parking too! Fish tank is awesome also in the waiting room. I highly recommend this place and for everyone to check it out. I was skeptical about coming based on reviews but i decided to come and see for myself, and I was not disappointed. A+ ! Thanks Broadway Family Dental!

Great office, nice staff, everyone is very friendly. Front desk receptionist is very welcoming and helpful. I was seen by Dr. Chen, he is very gentle and explains what he sees through x-rays which is great because most dentists do not. He took his time with me and I was very happy with that. The assistant was gentle when she took the x-rays. We all know those are not barable but she took her time as well. My experience over all was great. I have no complaints and will be coming back for sure. Oh and the fish tank is beautiful in the waiting area. Also office has free parking, which is also a plus because parking can be a killer. Thanks Broadway family dental, you guys are great!

The assistants are friendly, dentist communicates well and did a good job on my teeth at my right cheek. However, to get work done in my left cheek it took quite the patience and lots of time. Doctor has issues coming in on time! They dont have many patient but you still sit like an hour after your appointment was scheduled due to the doctor arriving late in the office. And that didnt happened just once! The assistant now schedules appointments already 1 hour later than they open. They must be very bored at the desk and they are definitely frustrated with the doctor! So if you do have time and dont.mind sitting around for a while, its a good place to go.

Nice facility, but the young girl working behind the desk, who looks like she is related to the head dentist, older lady, was rude not only to me but to her poor co-worker as well who was also a receptionist and was pleasantly nice. The actual dentist was mildly uncouth, smelled like cigarettes, and was very unattentive to my concerns. Moreover, she kept trying to sell me a retainer that I dont even need. Nothing worse than a money hungry doctor. Dont tell me I have a perfect smile but try to sell me a retainer. My overall experience was less than good. They may want to match the majority of their staff with the nice ambience of the facility.

Horrible customer service! I went in thinking it was a great place. the dentist started doing dental work without telling me how much it was going to cost me. Im thinking my insurance was covering all. when I go make another appointment she tells me I had a Co-pay mentioned of $500! Do not like how they went about it. I set up payment plan with them and agree to certain dates. They did not follow through and charged me before the due date of the payments. The young Lady at the front desk is very rude when I spoke about to her about my issue. She had a horrible attitude and hung up the phone on me! Im definitely not returning back here!

Had a pleasant experience. The office is clean, staff very friendly. Went in quickly, no crazy wait or hassle. Dr Ella was very nice and listened to my worries and didnt just shut me up right away and start cleaning my teeth like Ive had others do in the past. I have a recurrent cavity on my left bottom side and she did a great job filling it. Ive had issues in the past where it was done unevenly but she did a good job, I could close my mouth and bite just fine evenly on both sides. Unfortunately, Ill need a root canal in the future on that tooth and Im absolutely going back here! I highly recommend!

2 1/2 star would some up my experience. Express my concerns and walked out feeling lied to and still in pain. Theyre more concerned about money than helping with temporarily reliving the discomfort. Front desk young lady tries really hard to be genuine; but her obnoxious still came thru. No temporarily relive of my pain and more concerned about time and payment. I have dental insurance with AT&T, although it seems like they dont cover much according to this location. Hmmm has me feeling some negative kind of way. Will take my business elsewhere.

I was going to go there but since I read comments I am terrified I had big treatment plan around $17000 but no way if customer service is this much bad. Thanks for letting us who they are. Yes I wasnt patient but based on your customers comments it was not good I have just heard that front desk people are horrible and dentist is not good... It sounds family business so nothing to do for bad customer service and not good dentist. People who put comment here, maybe it is their friend or family members .
