Ive been coming to this office for years, since Dr. Leville was there and Ive never had a problem, Ive seen Dr. Roberts, and she was excellent, switched to Dr. Alexis and when I first started seeing her she was fine until I changed religions, she saw me and gave me a loooooong speech as to why I shouldnt be Muslim, she took more time on the speech than the exam/consultation, I came back 3 months later and she looked at me and said oh so your still Muslim I looked at her and said yes I am why? Left it alone and switched doctors again, now Im being told if I cant get a refill on my medications unless I make an appointment, the nurse told me make the appointment and I will see what I can do, I said I told you the previous day I didnt have any medication she said Im putting it though now, but you can go to the emergency room to get your prescription filled. Really!!!! So my insurance can get charged there and then for me to turn around and come to the office on Monday and get my insurance charged again? Ummmmm so your holding my medications hostage now? Im on hold and have been for about 30 minutes waiting for the receptionist to finish a conversation with her colleagues before she can give me an appointment, Im on hold on two different phones. This office has went down tremendously they give you an appointment and have you waiting 2-4 hours past your appointment time. I have sought out a new doctor and myself, daughter and grandaughter will not be returning to Brooklyn Plaza Medical Center.

This place is a joke. I went to get a physical and have some sores on my legs looked at. I reached my limit on my medicaid visits so the front desk clerks gave me a form to give to the doctor to fill out. The doctor would not fill out the form and he didnt do anything except check my heartbeat and eyes quickly. That was the entire physical. He didnt even look at the sores on my legs. He didnt even have me undress like they normally do with physicals. It was a complete joke. When I went back to the clerks and ask them what I was suppose to do with the form they gave me to give the doctor to fill out, they called the doctor irritated cause obviously he was suppose to fill out that form but was being a jerk about it, they had to call and ask other people what to do with that form since the doctor wouldnt touch it. I wasted a paid medicaid visit for nothing, nothing was done, it was a joke. Now I have to wait until I get more medicaid visits to get checked out and I am not even sure when that will be. Not only that several months ago, I tried to make a appointment with the dental department there. They wouldnt let me make an appointment, they said they had to call me to make an appointment. Of course they never called me. Dont even bother with this place. They dont even have the doctors names listed on their website, so I couldnt look the doctor up to say which one it even is for sure.

I made an appointment for blood work and a physical for 1:30 I got to my appointment 15 minutes early. One hour later Im still waiting in the waiting room. Finally got called at 2:15 by a male nurse which was probably the most pleasant experience, he told me the office was understaffed and he apologize for the inconvenience. At 2:30 after taking my vitals he told me to wait in the waiting area and that there was one more patient in front of me then proceeded to wait an hour. I asked my nurse what was going on and he told me to wait in front of the doctors office until someone walked out. Once one of the staff members walked out I asked the doctor I was scheduled to see what was going on? She told me there was still one person ahead of me which was absolutely ridiculous because the nurse told me that an hour ago! Everyone (except for the nurse) was so completely unprofessional, unfriendly and rude especially the doctor. I had my blood work done and have a schedule visit to see this "doctor" again for my blood work results. Once this appointment is over I will never go back! They are a JOKE! and I dont recommend anyone to go.

The most unorganized place in the world. I had a 2pm appointment and didnt get seen until 4pm. The doctor barely cared. I called to get my prescription refilled on a Monday was told only the doctor could do it and wouldnt be in till Wednesday and to call back then. Called back Wednesday to be transferred to a nurse who could now magically do it just to get her voicemail. so I called back and was then given a prescription hotline to leave a message on which need 24-48 hours to get back to you. So now Im 5 days without the prescription because they are so damn unorganized. They need to be put out of business. The place is a joke. AVOID

I have been a patient at Brooklyn Plaza Medical for over 36 years. People and times change. There are new patients that this office has taken in. There are a limited number of doctors who see 50+ patients for different needs. Maybe booking an appointment in the evening , the wait time will be shorter. One thing I can truly add is the doctors here are very supportive and listen to every one needs. Brooklyn Plaza Medical is still going through many transitions. Thanks to the doctors and the truly dedicated staff members who makes this place a warm environment to visit.

One star is way too much for this place. first the place is waaaay too hot, no air conditioner I do not understand how people can see a medical provider or any staff under that type of heat. Met with a lady by the name of Natasha to try to secure care , and boy she was rude like rude rude rude . I asked as nicely as I could for assistance and she had no idea what the hell she was talking about and ultimately she did not help me get care. for all who consider this place for medical care, RUN the other way. There are better options in the area.

I was feeling very sick and they do not take walk-ins, it was also strange to be told there is no doctors in today at all!! I had to make an appointment instead and the next available appointment was more than two weeks later. Even when you do have an appointment you dont see the doctor until two hours later. I left work to come visit the doctor and couldnt even get a letter to stating I came and was not seen. Ive been a patient here for almost 8 years and Im tired of the same deal. I wont be coming back this time.

GYN- they schedule 5 patients for the same time slot. I was on time for what I was told was the earliest appointment of the day, waited one whole hour for vitals, and an additional hour to be seen. If there is anything that needs to be addressed in my labs, I will seek a different physian. Provider introduced herself to me with her back turned to me. Best thing I can say: I was not injured during this appointment and the facility was clean and orderly.
