After waiting over an hour and a half for a scheduled appointment, I was checked in by a nurse whos cell phone rang during the intake and who refused to make eye contact at any point. She then took my blood pressure with the earpieces of her stethoscope in backwards. As a doctor, I found this absolutely unacceptable. The doctor I finally did get to see was not the one I made an appointment with, and although she was very helpful and my impression of her was great, the overall experience was horrible.
