"I found this office through my insurance listing last December (I have VSP) because I wanted to try contact lenses and was getting tired of wearing glasses every day. I don’t mind glasses occasionally, but feel that after going elsewhere for the past 2 years I can’t see that sharp in my glasses. When I came for the appointment and told the staff what I wanted, I was advised that my insurance would only cover either glasses or contacts. I decided to get glasses and then paid separately for the contacts exam. I found it to be reasonably priced. I was very impressed how the doctor managed to come up with my contact prescription and suggest the brand (Acuvue Oasys) that after putting in a trial lenses right in the office I could see so much clearer then with my old glasses and did not even feel the lenses in my eyes. I wore them for about a week, came back for one final check and bought the annual supply – the optician told me that Acuvue had rebates on exam and annual supply of lenses. I did some price checking before that, but their price was not that much higher, plus the rebate made a big difference. Thank you to the doctor and staff for making it a very easy and painless process. Will definitely recommend!"

"I came to this eye doctor’s office with my daughter by recommendation of our pediatrician. My daughter failed the vision screening at school and also complained about how tired her eyes were getting during school. Dr. Galinsky was very friendly and thorough, and I really liked how she interacted with my child to make her comfortable. My daughter was worried before the exam, but the doctor took care of that with ease. She took her time to explain things to me and did not rush at all. We ended up getting glasses for her to be able to see the board in class better. The optician was also very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us pick 2 pairs – one covered by the insurance and I bought one spare pair. My daughter loves them because they are so girly! I was very impressed and made appointments for me, my older daughter and husband to be examined too. We have 2 insurances in the family and they accept both, as well as our union plans. Unprofessional rude and disrespectful. Staff called stating my glasses were ready for pick up and when I went to pick them up staff could not find my glasses and began to elevate her voice towards me stating there is nothing she could do. I had to remind staff of the importance of quality customer service and to be mindful of her tone and to contact staff to inquire the location of my glasses. She adhered to my recommendation contacted her co worker and continued to look for my glasses with resistance and finally found the glasses. Also doctor was unable to fill my contact lense prescription stating the manufacturer they contract with could not fill my prescription. However I went to another optometrist and recieved new lenses within one week. Very disappointed with the service PERFECTLY UNPROFESSIONAL EYE DONT CARE EXPERIENCE.

Ive been a customer of Perfect Eye Care for over 4 years now. From the first day meeting Dr. Galinsky, she was very professional, personable, and genuine in her assessments and treatments for me. So much so, that I told my family and friends about her. Before I knew it, she met so much of my family! From my mom and grandmother to my sister and other friends. They all shared a similar positive experience that I did. The other staff at Perfect eye care are also positive and personable. Ive purchased glasses at Perfect Eye Care and just last week I swung by to pick up contacts that I ordered, and I asked for Dr. Galinsky; she was sure to come out and say hello. Dr. Galinsky is truly an exceptional optometrist. Not only is she knowledgable but she also shows a great deal of professionalism. She explains her process of thought as to how she arrives to her diagnosis. She also explains the medical terms in a language that is clearly understood. In addition the doctor makes each patient feel comfortable with her friendly and humoristic demeanor. With regards to the staff, once again a great deal of professionalism is exemplified. The optician of this establishment, Max is unlike any other. When assisting patients in choosing the frames, Max truly takes his time with listening to the patients needs and is surely to pick a pair of the most stylish and best suitable frames for each individual. Overall a wonderful, clean and kid-friendly optical.

Dr.Tatyana Galinsky, is the best, had to go see her on an emergency visit last Tuesday only to find out the Cornea on my right eye was burnt off, I was scared to death, thought I would be blind for ever, but with many consultations and treatment am now able to see again..She was so compassionate and re assuring. Theyve got a poor customer service, theyre expensive and useless. Got my eye sight checked from them. I had to pay for the lenses that were strong as hell and didnt fit my prescription at all. Barely wore them for 2 hours and got a headache. Went back to them and asked if they could give me numbers of my old spectacles, which were absolutely fine. The guy was like no we cant do nothing about it. What a waste of time and money.
