Went in for an eye appointment and held off on ordering contacts the day of. I tried to follow up with them three separate times to order my prescription, gave them my information, and was told each time that they would call me back shortly. Its been a week since the last call and I still havent heard anything from them. Dont waste your time with Pearle, go to a real practice that cares about you as a customer can get you what you need in a timely manner.

They dont stock contacts. They dont give out trail contacts. I have an up-to-date prescription on hand. They wont help you find another location that will help you find contacts. This is the first Pearl Vision I have a found that refused to help a potential new customer solve a problem. Strongly recommend finding a different location. Cohens Fashion Optical is a much better choice as they stocks contacts and trials and have wonderful customer service.

Delays, delays, delays. They said it would take "one to two days" to cut the lenses for my new glasses. I ordered them 3 weeks ago and have yet to see them (no pun intended). I call every couple of days and they give me a new pick-up date, and then push it back even further. Wonderful people, very polite, but terrible service in terms of laying out expectations.

Hard up sell on the lenses I didnt need. Then I had to wait a WEEK for the glasses to "Come back from the lab." Still waiting. I am scared to call and check because everytime I do they tell me it will take another day.

They gave me the wrong glasses and then blamed me. I did really like the eye doctor, but the sales people have attitudes. It was a nightmare getting them to work with insurance. Wont be going back.

came here to get an eye exam for a license renewal. They tried charging me $85 for a $25 exam. Avoid!
