I have been going to Raymond Opticions in Jefferson Valley with my family for several years now. I feel like I am part of a family when I walk in. Everyone is friendly and eager to assist you.The salespeople are incredibly helpful and honest. They are not pushy, they are patient and dedicated to making sure you are happy. They are accommodating, helpful, and make the process of finding glasses simple and fun. Each visit is always a pleasure. My family is always satisfied with there new glasses and we occasionally stop in just to say hello. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you

Raymond Opticians is one of the best of Westchester, NY. With multiple locations in less than a 20 mile radius, I am able to receive the eye care I need. The employees, optometrists and owners care so much about the experience and service for the customer. I am more than happy to say that I (and my parents) have purchased over 5 pairs of glasses/rx sunglasses from Raymonds! If you are looking for brand name glasses, without the ridiculous cost, Raymond Opticians is the best place to go.

Made an appointment 3 weeks ago for a specific date and time and I show up to no appointment. They said they called me but never did. Did nothing to make up for their error. Awful customer service. My family and I will never go back there.

Ive been going to Raymond Opticians for 20 years and, simply put, Ill never go anywhere else. You cant ask for a friendlier staff, and the customer service is fantastic. Raymond Opticians for life!
