The worst service I ever had in life. I made an appointment with this dr. on zocdoc for 3/7/12 at 4:00pm manhattan location . I gave my insurance info in advance. I came to the appointment, the receptionist not even smile, asked to fill out the form and come back to her with my insurance card, I came back to her with the card, she tell me this doctor can not see me, because my insurance deductible is to high for this doctor. #1 she never called me to corfirm this appointment #2 she never called me to vertified my insurance card cover this service to avoid this matter!!! #3 she offered me to come the next day, because base on her another doctor take my insurance. I would safe my time and my trip if this woman would call me to inform they policy.

First thought that comes to mind when writing about my experience with Dr Frenkel is trust. From the day he delivered my son to today I have been going to Dr Frenkel for my GYN care. Trust comes from knowing, and I know Dr Frenkel to be able to guide natural birth as well as handle urgency/emergency with skill and confidence. In a doctor I look for experience and Dr Frenkel has been practicing for more then 20 years. Staff is welcoming, knows me by name and I feel cared for from the moment I enter. Overall great care.

I was referred to Dr. Frenkel by my primary doctor for a routine exam. During my exam Dr. Frenkel immediately detected an abnormally and had a sonogram done immediately in his office. It turns out that all is basically well. Dr. Frenkels bedside manner is amazing, his confident and knowledgeable manner is refreshing. He is thoughtful and thorough. I have had two visits, both were on time and his staff are just lovely and professional.

Worst service, stay away from this doctor, he will do more harm than help, he doesnt do testing correctly and doesnt diagnose you with issues and just sends you to a different tech, very careless and disrespectful towards his patients STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!!!!!

I did not have the option to ever visit him because the lady from the front desk who I talked to from the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE she told me he is not taking new patients bye bye and hung up on me without any other word.
