Terrible experience all 3 times Ive been there, mostly because of the receptionist (must specify that I had to deal with the Russian speaking one, so I dont blame the other ones who may be better). All 3 times I had to wait for more than an hour just to see the doctor for 5 min and get a prescription for pills the name of which I already knew. Last time (December 27th) I tried to get to see the doctor so I can buy the pills to finish my treatment. I had my blood work done and faxed to the office and the hard copy of the referral from my physician. These were sufficient to be able to see the doctor during my previous visit, but this time the receptionist started saying that an electronic version is needed. When I was called to the doctors office, she yelled like crazy that I cant go in because I dont have a referral. I had one! She was clearly enjoying my frustration and than she kept me in the waiting room for another 30 min and finally said that I wont go in without an electronic referral. It is still an enigma for me what was wrong with the hard copy and what had changed since the last time? After trying to call my physicians office and being on hold for a while, I just left. I will find another dermatologist without a problem, but...maybe it is not a bad idea to hire people who have some minimal customer service skills instead of having a person at the front desk who is unfit for this position and who will scare all your patients away sooner or later...

Dr bard is the reason why Im giving this clinic one star. She barely looked at my skin--she didnt assess it whatsoever--then proceeded to prescribe me retin-a despite me telling her that my skin was severely peeling and inflamed. I waited for nearly two hours to be seen for 5 minutes then sent home with the same prescription she gave me for a completely separate problem I was previously seen for. I tried to tell her that my skin could not handle retin-a at this point but she just told me to "put moisturizer on it, because I clearly hadnt thought of that. Dr. Alvarez was great but hes no longer there.

Michael Shapiro is the best!!! I am very happy with my choice of this Dr. Great, professional Dr. Phenomenon bedside manner, easy to talk to, FANTASTIC at his job. I am EXTREMELY satisfied with this Dr. It has taken me a very long time to find a Dr that is compassionate and understands my condition - I am thrilled that I found this Dr.The BEST accommodation facility. Staff,Igor Romanov,Ken Bissoon, is bilingual, very friendly, and professional. Прекрасный сервис! Девочки в приемной просто молодчинки!!!!! Все четко,быстро и с пониманием!!!

Ok this place sure looks fancy. The receptionist was first what I thought professional but then I realized its down right bitchy. I dealt with the assistant to Dr. Shapiro-Vinita Hom. She kept interrupting me, talking down to me like I dont know anything, no people skills at all. At the end I was scheduling a checkup for 3 months later/ but the receptionist kept cutting me off- I had to stop her and tell her that she needs to stop speaking to me this way. I will call in and complain. Zero stars if I could

Long wait time and appt time did not seem to mean anything. The front desk staff was rude and did not try to help with finding out the approximate wait time (Came there for an infant). When I called for an appt with Dr Shapiro they recommended Dr Lee instead who turned out to be a PA not an MD. I just left without being seen. Horrible parking around their new Kings highway office- cant use a meter if you go to this office.

The behavior of receptionists were just worst. I denied them when they asked me for rescheduling. May be its the place to meet a good dermatologist, though Im not recommending because a good doctor must has a good receptionist who at least has professionalism. Isnt it?

My family has been seeing dermatologist in this office for over a year now and we are happy with the service. Friendly and patient Dr.s. the wait time can be a bit long but not extremely long. The care I get far out weighs the wait time.
