I have always had a dentist phobia since childhood and never thought I could conquer my escalating anxiety at the very thought of sitting in a dental chair. Gentle Dental has lifted this weight off of my shoulders. From the moment you walk in the door, everyone that you come in contact with is friendly and genuinely helpful. The office is spotlessly clean with the latest technology.I have had everything from extractions to cleanings and have never experienced such remarkable, concerned and dedicated professionals.They are experts in what they do and truly care about you as a patient and as an individual. When you need them - they are there for you. Special kudos to Dr Zopf who is truly a gentle dentist and Chelsey who is a phenomenal hygienist. I will never go anywhere else. Kathi B

Everybody is so friendly at Gente Dental. I had a tough day at work the day i had scheduled an appt. with Dr. Kleinmann.The staff helped me to relax and laugh. They also accommodated keeping the appt. for that day. I was leaving the job at the time my appt. was scheduled for. I called and asked if the Doctor could accommodate me. I said that i could make it there in a half hour. Jenn said okay if you could make it by four that would be fine. Please note, it was a rainy,dreary and windy dark afternoon. I arrived. They took me right away. Dr. Kleinmann made me laugh with stories about his boys and also his young adult volunteerism experiences. He numbed me well! I have another appt. in two weeks!

I went to Gentle Dental on an emergency basis, but knowing I had a lot of dental work needing to be done. Over the phone, and in person, Scott was very patient, calm and informative about procedure and options. On my first visit I met Reena, the dental hygienist and Kerry, the dental assistant. Both answered my questions, gave me pertinent after-care instructions and both were friendly, professional and courteous. By some lucky star the dentist on duty that day was Dr. Zopf, who was everything I could have asked for. In short, if you need dental work done, and would like all your needs met under one roof, I strongly recommend Gentle Dental. You wont be sorry.

Not sure what going on in their office but somethings not right. I made an appointment 3 weeks ago for the Commack office for today. My schedule is insanely busy and I have to plan weeks in advance. On Saturday I received a confirmation email. Since I never received a call I called this morning. My call was forwarded to the Port Jeff office. After having to talk to 2 individuals I find out that the Commack office is closed today and my appointment was cancelled 2 days ago. I received no call, nothing. My family of 5 is going elsewhere. If your time is important to you you may think about doing the same.

Gentle Dental in Commack is amazing. Courteous staff, modern facilities, state of the art equipment all lead by an absolute super dentist, Dr. Zopf. I use to get so anxious about dentist visits up until I started going to see Dr. Zopf some 10 years ago. She took care of all my dental needs and totally put me at ease for any work they did. It also helps that they have Alex who is a world class hygienist ! Alex has to be the most caring hygienist I ever experienced. If you have any dental anxieties I recommend you give them a try as they really put the "gentle" in Gentle Dental.

Absolutely Best Dental Office on Long Island by Far! First off to find an Excellent Dentist is very hard now days! Some Dentist Office you have to wait forever to get an appointment and when you arrive you wait forever to be seen! Not the case at Gentle Dental, Scott hands down makes sure that he makes eye contact and greets you even if he is on the phone! Everyone at Gentle Dental is AMAZING! Top notch office, latest technology used & very clean! The whole Team @ Gentle Dental are very Sweet & Courteous! I found a Great Dentist! :)

Finally, I found a great dental group. I know this is going to sound crazy but this was a very relaxing dentist appointment. The office staff was kind, pleasant and professional.... something you do not find in many doctor offices. The x-ray technician and the dental hygienist were so gentle and clearly concerned for my comfort. Dr. Zopf spent time with me, she did not rush through my visit and she never tried to get me to do additional work that I did not need. It was pleasurable customer experience.

I hate going to the dentist. Im really not that brave. If youre like me, then this is the dentist for you. Extremely courteous and friendly staff. They do an amazing job of not hurting you and making sure you are always comfortable. They also take the time to answer any questions in a very clear and understandable way. Great experience every single time. I would give more stars if I could. I no longer dread going to the dentist.

Ive been to Gentle Dental twice so far. My first visit was when my regular dentist was on vacation, but now that Ive gone to Gentle Dental, Ive decided to switch to them. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. On both occasions, everything that was being done was explained step by step as they went along. Dr. Zopf is excellent and makes you feel very comfortable. My husband is also going to switch to Gentle Dental.

I love gentle dental! Everyone is incredibly friendly and knowledgable. They are very patient and take the time to explain everything to you thoroughly and also answer any questions you may have. As the name indicates, they are also gentle! During a procedure they are always checking in with you to make sure you are not feeling any pain or discomfort. I highly recommend them!

The complete office staff is amazing. This is the best dentist office on Long Island by far. I drive 45 minutes to come here. Very warm and welcoming and always try to accomdate in anyway they can. I have recommended a bunch of my family, friends and coworkers and they all have the same response... Wouldnt go anywhere else!
