Brian - the optometrist - was very helpful and knows his business well. I got an updated prescription and ordered new glasses, which were delivered perfectly. He did *not* try and upsell me on a designer frame or features that I did not need, like tinting, etc. If you wear glasses, you know that the price can easily triple when these add ons are selected. This is a Davis Vision center (even though its not in their name)-- which meant that they accept our familys healthcare plan. I also decided to try contacts for the first time about 40 years of wearing glasses. I had a specific need, as a musician I wanted to be able to be on stage without glasses and still read sheet music. Brian was very patient and explained the options to me. They had a reasonably priced service which allowed me to get a special fitting and prescription including a lesson on inserting them. I could then test drive contacts, revisit the store, and eventually find a prescription that was right for me. This service worked well for me. I would recommend them highly.

I have been going to Nationwide Vision in Commack for probably over 15 years now. Not only are they efficient and pleasant to deal with, but they always go the extra mile to help their customers. Brian always has up to date glasses and is wonderful at picking out the perfect frames to fit your face. He will pick out a few keeping your personal preference in mind, and I always end up picking one of his recommendations. Brian even shipped my contacts upstate for me once while I was away at school, so that I could get them sooner. Ive had nothing but positive experiences at Nationwide Vision in Commack!

NOt as happy as other patients,went for glasses over a week ago,have not heard from them,not even a phone call saying it will be longer than thought,maybe i should not have paid in full.And when i finally called them today,they where closed.Am i wrong for posting a negative post but all i needed was a simply phone call
