Dr. Pillitteri is an amazing, knowledgeable, and compassionate doctor. He always explains everything and in a manner that you would understand. He is extremely thorough and takes his time in answering any questions you may have. His passion in working in this field and caring for his patient is clearly evident in his day to day work. I always felt comfortable and confident in him which was so important to me being this was my first pregnancy and baby. After sustaining a complication during delivery in which my baby went into distress, Dr. Pillitteri acted immediately, calmed me as I began to panic and reassured me that my baby and I would be fine. Our baby was delivered healthy and my recovery has been smooth and easy, thanks to him. Words will never truly express how grateful I am for Dr. Pillitteri in ensuring the safe delivery of our baby. Both my husband and I highly recommend this doctor to everyone we know!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would, he deserves it!

i went to this doctor because it was highly recommended to me. Dr. mark was really nice liked him a lot. unfortunately the staff and Dr. Eileen M. Pillitteri is were very rude and disrespectful. i was there for a preventative visit only Dr. mark. they billed my insurance for an illness and not a preventative. when i called telling them that they bill my insurance incorrect they were so rud. i asked to speak to the doctor they put Dr. Eileen M. Pillitteri on the phone. this Dr. Eileen M. Pillitteri was incredible rude to me, telling me that i can not talk to the doctor and that they bill my insurance correct and that she was the highest person i can talk to about this problem. bottom line they bill my insurance incorrect and refuse to help me now im stuck with a bill when my preventative is cover at 100%.. NEVER EVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE. WORST PLACE EVER!!

I was seeing an different doctor that referred me to this office when I became pregnant. When I first started visiting the office I was unsure I would stay bc of the long wait. After meeting both doctors I realized I wouldnt want to go anywhere else. I was high risk and had a complicated pregnancy. I was at the office very often and had a procedure done during pregnancy and a c section. Dr.pillitteri took such great care of me and I felt great instantly after both. My daughter was delivered healthy and I owe it to Dr. P for making that happen. I trust him so much and next baby I will definitely be seeing Dr.P again! My girl is 7months now and all the wait was worth it! If you get turned off by the wait for each visit just remember he is so busy because he is the best! Bring a book, bring a snack and enjoy the quiet before your little one comes :)

Very happy with the care I receive from Dr. Pillitteri. He is really the best. The day he delivered my son I had some complications that scared me terribly and I realized at that moment that I had chosen the absolute best doctor. He handled the urgent situation with ease and never broke a sweat. I was so thankful. The only negative I find is the appointment wait time can sometimes be excessive but to me having him as my doctor is worth the wait. Eileen is great too!!! The girls that work there are also so nice and helpful.

Friendly, thorough, and caring. Dr. Pillitteri made me feel at ease from the moment he walked through the door. Having your first child can leave you feeling lost at sea sometimes. But the Dr. reassured me and answered all my questions and concerns. After first visiting another OB, I was amazed at what a different experience (in a good way ) this appointment was. You definitely have a bit of a wait, but I thought it was worth it for the quality of care I received.

Love Marc and Eileen but the ladies at the front desk are not friendly or welcoming. The medical assistant are kind and professional. If it wasnt for Marc and Eileen professionalism and welcoming ways I would not go to that Office. The wait is too long, theres no reminder calls and if you miss an appointment they dont call to see if all is well. When you do call they put you on hold forever but like I said its those ladies in the front I have a problem with.

It was my third visit to the Pilliteri office. Last 2 visits were with Ms. Pilliteri, and the recent was with Mr. Pilliteri himself. They are both super super amazing people. One cant ask for anymore kindness and friendliness from a physician. Their office is neat and clean and the stuffs are young, fresh and always welcoming with a smile. I pray for both the Pilliteri doctors. May God give them the ability to serve for patients and make our lives better.

I have never met a doctor who cares so much about his patients. When all others told me my chances were slim to have my own child, he said we will make it happen. My daughter is turning 1 and I am seeing him again now for #2. If you want a doctor who will know you by name, talk to you, and make you feel important this is the place to be!!!

2 hours waiting for consultation. Poor staff management. The staff can care less about new patients. The secretary who first made my appointment said the latest appointment was at 4 pm because they close the office at 6 pm. I got there at 4 pm and left 2 hours later WITHOUT SEEING THE DOCTOR because I gave up. Its so disrespectful!

Both doctors Eileen and Mark are the most amazing doctors that have ever walked this planet. They are so caring , knowledgeable and make you feel like your apart of their family when your in that office, they will go above and beyond to help you and make you happy. I love them both so much!!!!

The worst office staff in history. Rude, arrogant and condescending. Who the hell hired those lazy women who play poker instead of taking care of the customers?!?! Waited forever just to be told that there is no appointment on my name( even if scheduled in advance!!!). Never coming back!!

I made an appointment for my wife to be seen as a new patient, 3 hours later we left without seeing the Dr. They have a lot of improving to do starting with communication about delays. I hope I get a press ganey survey soon. I will not recommend this dr. To anyone.
