Save your money. These Northwell Health urgent care places are nothing but greedy business regimes. They want you pay through the nose for every service they provide while conveniently being hush hush on what youll really owe. They "claim" that their services are accepted through insurance and when you go there they are quick to tell you that youre all good to go and your insurance will take care of it...Then you receive a bill in the mail 3 weeks later for $200+ dollars for a 10 minute appointment in which I could have diagnosed more through webMD then the young inexperienced techs do when youre there. Do yourself a favor and just go see your traditional family physician and pay your $25 co-pay. Dont let these frauds rip you off.

Very disappointing! I have gone to this urgent care several times and had great experiences, until last week. I went in with a horrible chronic cough, shortness of breath and a head cold. A PA came in the room for 2 minutes and told me to go buy Mucinex. So I payed a $50 co pay for less than 2 minutes of actual care. I was finally able to go see my own doctor this week and was told I have bronchitis, was written a prescription for an antibiotic, inhaler and steroid nasal sprays Thanks for nothing, Urgent Care. Will never go back. Two thumbs down. P.S the Mucinex didnt work at all.

I went to Northwell Health after relocating to the area recently, as a "walk-in". The wait was minimal, the nurse was extremely personable and the doctor was professional but easy to talk to. My prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy requested and everything went very smoothly. 3 days later I received a phone call to see how I was feeling and given some recommendations to help with lingering symptoms

Went in at 4:10 pmon New Year Eve.....(closing at 5pm) they did their very best to meet my needs. .I was in and out in 35 minutes including labs for confirmed UTI infection and RX phoned into pharmacy. I think that was pretty great. Staff was professional and helpful. Dr. Brooks was very nice.....I would recommend them..glad they are just around the corner from where I live.

That was simply the best medical office visit Ive ever had. If you have flown Virgin America, this is that in an only your sick. Super nice office and staff, efficient and friendly, every detail thought out and executed without a hitch. I really strangely enjoyed going there, and as the alternative was the ER I couldnt be happier I did.

Went to GoHealth to an injury to my hand. Wait time was minimal. Aide was very nice. Dr. reviewed my history and checked my hand. Ordered x-rays. Luckily it wasnt too bad and my hand was splinted. They had all the necessary equipment and supplies. Other than my hand, it was a painless experience!

I visited the north well urgent care in Elwood plaza. They were extremely nice and knowledgeable. They provided me with the right treatment and even followed up afterwards to ensure my satisfaction and well being. Definitely recommend this place.
