It would seem that one of the requirements to work in this particular doctors office is to be haughty, snotty, and to have the attitude that anyone asking them a question they dont like is bothering them. Office staff makes or breaks the impression that is made on patients. The impression made here is dont bother us. Sit there and wait. We assured you that you would be out of there in an hour. The fact that you have been here two hours and twenty minutes is really not our concern and we dont care.
