DO NOT go to ABC Dental in Oxon Hill, MD. I have been struggling with them for close to a year with a bill for my two children. They kept sending me a bill for wellness visits that should of been covered by my insurance company, but they kept sending it to the wrong place. I called them several times and gave them the correct information and STILL they had the wrong information. I got a call from the dentist this morning (from the office manager, her name was Rocky) saying we had an overdue bill (when I tried to explain about the situation and how i had called several times, she became EXTREMELY nasty, and said that there had been no proof of me calling them). After I got off the phone with her, I called my insurance company AGAIN (I had called them earlier in the year about this SAME issue. They even had a "note" about the conversation), and they told me that they STILL had NO claims from them. They then told me that they would take care of it for me since this had been an ongoing issue and they had "notes" about me calling before. Ten minutes after I talked to my insurance company, they called me back saying everything had been taken care of. The dental office had A LOT of incorrect information (let me remind you that I had been telling them the correct information repeatedly over the last 10-11 months). My insurance rep (Virginia) said they had my daughter as the policy holder...shes 4, and a whole host of other bogus info. I will NEVER go to them again.

The clinic is very considerate of the patients comfort. The waiting room is always decorative every time Ive visited. The staff is friendly. The doctors are friendly, understanding, thoughtful, and considerate. They explain in detail of your conditions and treatment options. Their equipment is state of art. The x-rays are the latest on the market and barely gives off any radiation, as they are connected to the computers; which are also environmentally friendly (the x-ray films are re-usable but are used in disposable containers). They have intra-oral digital cameras that allow you to actually see every one of your teeth. So you can see your conditions in the x-ray as well as in color pictures taken by the camera. I really like that. In addition, theres always music and television with blue-ray DVD players on, whether youre in the waiting or the treatment room. Overall, each visit is awesome, highly recommend it; and I have recommended it to my family and friends =)

Dont trust good reviews and make sure you get a second opinion before you move forward with any treatment plan they recommend. You will find out that there equipment is old and they set you up for repeat visits. Also, they dont have a licensed hygienist which means the assist with as little as a high school diploma is in charge of cleaning teeth and be sure to watch them when they clean the patients teeth they spend all off 3 minutes. They are in a low income area providing low quality service

I thought ABC Dentistry was a great place. I recently moved from NJ and my son needed dental work ASAP. We tried other dentist but for some reason my son couldnt get comfortable until we came here. Im so thankful that my son doesnt mind going to the dentist and hes finally getting the work he needs done. Thank you, ABC Dental.

I wish I had never taken my children there. The office manager Rocky is very nasty. I have a lot of billing issues from their mistake. The 2 girls at the front has all my information messed up. I will never go there again DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

I just called to check on the prices because I want to make an appointment but she told for cash patients is $275.00 for a check up and X-RAY when other places only charge $85.00?? Seems a little too much!

Had a full mouth cosmetic reconstruction done and it came out beautifully! Fell asleep to my favorite music too. Caring docs, clean and comfortable setting.
