Ive been going to this dentist since I was a kid. They used to be very good but recently theyve had a large increase in clientèle. Ever since then their quality in dental care has decreed and not mention the new dentists are quite young. Recently I went in because I had a tooth that had a fill-in that fell out. It began causing me some pain. When the dentist looked in my mouth she said she saw it and it looked like the cavity was between two teeth. She said it wasnt urgent and could be reversed over time, but if it was causing me trouble she suggested that I get it filled. Little did I know she was not looking at the same tooth I came in for. It wasnt until it was too late that I realized they filled in the wrong teeth. The teeth she filled in caused me no trouble at all. Two of my perfectly good teeth are now ruined due to lack of communication. No one reconfirmed the teeth they were going to fill in before beginning the process. I will not be going here again.

Been a patient @ Herrmann Dental for years now. Fortunately, I rarely need more than a routine cleaning and X-Ray, but the staff is professional and efficient, especially the receptionist who does medical billing who’s able to answer all my insurance-related questions. It is also inspiring to see so many female dentists employed at this practice. Even those who appear young, any may have recently started practicing seem like seasoned pros! Highly recommend Hermann Dental!

Everyone is exceptionally friendly starting with the front desk the moment you walk in you get greeted with warm smiles. Emergencies are seen same day and they offer financing when it comes to large dental treatment. BEST DENTAL OFFICE!

Thought I had a great experience. Worked at a candy store do I needed a lot of fillings. Two majors fillings broke while eating a bagel and chewing gum. My tooth also cracked which required a root canal that I had to pay out of pocket for.

Do not use this dental office! Very unprofessional, the office manager that went by the name of Brian hung up the phone on me and was very rude! Didnt want to help me with my issue! Worst customer service Ive ever experienced!

Incorrect billing. Be careful. Was quoted price payed and then billed more $$. Was going for years. They lost my family as patients. Stephanie, office manager has horrible communication skills.
