I went to Town Center Dental for a routine cleaning & x-rays. First of all this was the worst cleaning I have ever had in my life. Ive never felt like I was being rushed like this in my life. The scaling job was half a$% and the polising was done so quick, they didnt even do all of the teeth. Also they didnt even floss as every other dentist has done so. Then she tells me that I have 2 cavities and that I need fillings. She said I didnt need novocaine, WELL I DID. The pain from the drilling was so uncomfortable that I flinched many times and all she could say is that it is almost over. When she was done the fillings felt like the Grand Canyon in my mouth, she did not smooth them out and there was a big glob dried residue on my tooth. One month later (today) I had moderate pain on the teeth she put fillings in...So I decided to go to another dentist, and he tells me that both fillings have fallen out and he was very shocked about the botched job she did at Town Center. Do not go there, they are unproffesional, long wait time and obviously have no clue what they are doing.

THIS WAS THE WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AND I AM A PHYSICIAN MYSELF. THE DENTIST HAD NO BEDSIDE MANNER, THE CLEANING WAS RUSHED AND VERY SUPERFICIAL, DIDNT EVEN TRY TO CLEAN MANUALLY - USED THE AUTOMATED TOOL, CAUSING A LOT OF GUM BLEEDING, WASNT CAREFUL AT ALL. HE DIDNT PAY ATTENTION THAT THE DIRTY WATER WAS FLOWING OUT OF MY MOUTH, DRIPPING ALL OVER MY NECK. I EVEN STOPPED HIM A COUPLE OF TIMES TO ASK FOR TOWELS TO WIPE. DR. VAL - PLEASE STOP AND THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE DOING TO YOUR PATIENTS. THE FRONT DESK STAFF WAS NICE (HENCE THE ONE STAR). THE PATIENT ROOMS ACTUALLY HAD BOXES OF OLD PATIENT FILES PILED UP HIGH IN CORNERS - HIPAA VIOLATION, ANYONE? SERIOUSLY - DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING TO THIS PRACTICE

WORST PLACE EVER!!!! U SHOULD NEVER GO THERE BECAUSE THEY WILL RUIN UR TEETH. I had my root canal done over there and they did a really poor job on it that now my tooth is infected and the crown fell off that I have to redo the treatment, and because of that, I have to pay 10 times the amount and also have to go through another root canal surgery. In addition to that, they also ruin all my other teeth by trimming down my other teeth when it was unnecessary. Because of them, all my teeth are ruined and I highly strongly recommend people to not go there, unless u want them to ruin ur teeth.

I decided to try this office in spite of some less favorable reviews and I am really glad that I did! I had hardly any wait time at all, everyone was extremely friendly, the dentist (Dr Yu) explained my options and did her best to give me a pain free experience, which in spite of 3 extractions was great. I need to have extensive wotk done and I am fully confident that I have found a great place to get it done. Many thanks to everyone at Town Center Dental!

I used to go to this dentist years ago and I hated it. THey always had you wait a long time and the dentist was never nice. I started going again about a month ago after bouncing around to a couple of dentists and they got me in right away with out an appointment. I took my daughter there also and the dental assistant was nice and warming to her. Its a simple in and out dentist office, nothing fancy but better than some offices that I have been to.

Ever since the dentist named Dave left, this place has gone downhill. I went in for a routine cleaning and an X-ray. Hard plastic was put into my mouth, and it digs into my soft palette. In addition, my cleaning was absolutely horrific; the cleaning tool was shoved under my gums, which caused a significant amount of bleeding. 10/10 do not recommend.

I have been there a few times over the past years for cleanings and its nothing extravagant. I have to go where my insurance limits me and my past dentist offices were dingy and rushed. I like this one, the staff is friendly. My questions were answered and best of all my teeth feel clean.

DO NOT GO HERE im young and went here for two years and my teeth are in very bad shape had a filling and just like the person under me has said it feels like the grand canyon they suck i dont know how they got their licence i wish i could sue i will never go back

The people at this place do not know how to take care of their customers. Very long wait times. They keep you waiting in one room while working on other patients for hours. It took me 2 hrs for a simple 5 minute procedure. Please do not go here.

I went in for my full teeth x-rays they stuck a piece of hard plastic in my mouth it really hurt and now I have a very painful lump under my tongue.....very disappointed
