Excellent appointment with Dr Herbstman and her very patiente and comprehensive assistant, we got a lot done. What a different story for the 9:30 am with the surgeon, who for the second time did not agree to proceed....ok first time was my mistake I ran 4 miles in the morning and drank 1 glass of water..... but this time they changed the rules and even if I walked there by +80 degrees in the morning and had planed for an Uber to pick me up, it was not enough....not sure why, it was ok for my neighbor to pick me up but not uber....ah sorry, on top of it, I should have someone to look at me for the rest of the day....seriously guys, I offered to sit in your waiting room until the afternoon as I had not alternative and already 2 ptos day taken for this...but I guess insurance and covering your liability is more important than helping people suffering and in pain. I dont try to make it difficult but think about people without family and working that need to meet your unrealistic requirements just to cover you... please think about how difficult it is to work with you. Thank you

One of the cleanest, most thorough dentists Ive ever been to! Was able to fit me in last minute on a Saturday for a check and cleaning. Dentist and hygeneist explain everything very thoroughly. You can tell this office cares about their patients.
