Here I am again....I have been to Dr. Fromzel 3 times now and I really cant say enough about her and her staff...and her office. 1 root canal and 2 deep cleanings...NO PAIN at any visit. She has a very light touch. At my first deep cleaning I jumped a little when she went to clean some of my lower teeth and she saw it; stopped immediately and gave me more anesthesia before proceeding. She has a plan to get my teeth and gums healthy and it doesnt involve going to a periodontist or involve spending thousands of dollars. My insurance will cover most of it and of course there will be out of pocket expense but nothing like I was paying before to other dentists who were quick to pull my teeth or send me to an oral surgeon they were associated with. THAT is a scam. I am a 6ft, 190lb biker who is not PC and I dont mince words...both my best and worst attribute. I DONT LIKE DENTISTS! But Dr Fromzel is great. Her and her staff are always gracious, courteous and care about my teeth and well being first and NOT my wallet. The plan includes some bridgework for the left side of my mouth. She has a staff member who did all the research and checking with the insurance company and told me what my co-pay would be. When I said I couldnt pay that amount in one shot she assured me that it wouldnt be a problem...I would need to pay 60 or 70% (?) before the procedure and then the balance. Not only is this reasonable but I would wager that if it were difficult some arrangement could be made to make it happen. We all need to make money but it is nice to meet a professional who puts the well being of her patients ahead of the bottom line. After all, I wouldnt do my job for free why should she? And considering some of the crooks I have come across in the medical field this is a refreshing and welcome breath of fresh air. If you need ANY work done on your mouth I cant recommend Dr Fromzel and her practice highly enough. You will NOT be disappointed and you will be better off for it. BTW...I need to mention again that she is very entertaining (thats for you Doc!) while working. Her rapport with her assistants is great and takes your mind off of whats going on.

Walk into Annas office and the first thing you see is a BIG bowl of candy on the reception desk. What dentist offers candy in their office? This is a HUGE red flag. I thought it was a special occasion but there was still a bowl of candy when I went to pick up my dental records several months later. Im talking tootsie rolls, smarties, and chocolate bars folks. I went to this practice for the first time about 3 years ago. I picked Fromzel on a whim because she took my new and temporary insurance and my dentist of 10+ years did not. My teeth were cleaned by her dental hygienist and she had a number of things to say about my teeth before the Anna even came in the room. First of all, Ive never been to a dental hygienist that has given me input without me asking for it except for the usual "Your teeth look great, you floss dont you?" I even asked if she was the dentist because she had so much to say about my teeth and she said no. Inappropriate! Then Anna walked in the room. She took a look in my mouth and started barking numbers to her assistant like I wasnt even in the room. At the end she told me I need to come in and have several teeth worked on. She said she could work on some of it right away that day but I declined. I take very good care of my teeth and there is usually nothing to report from my dentist visits except that the dentist thinks my teeth look great. I was extremely surprised and told her that. She balked and said Id be sorry if I didnt have the work done. I asked her to write down which teeth needed work and I requested my X-rays. I did not trust her diagnosis and went to get a second opinion. I went back to my usual dentist and he told me that if I was his sister, he would tell me to do nothing. That my teeth look fine. That some dentists make money in different ways. Three years later, I never had any of the work done that Anna suggested and my teeth are great. I had an A+ report last week at my dentist. No cavities, no issues. Fromzel is a FRAUD. She will drill your mouth for your insurance payout. I would give her zero stars if I could. Please take my advice and go elsewhere!

I will be fair in this review and say that she is fine for a cleaning or pulling a tooth - THAT IS IT. My husband had root canals and 4 of his front teeth capped by Dr. Fromzel. We thought she did a good job at the time. Long story short, within 4 months of all of his teeth work and thousands of dollars later he had an accident that knocked out his 4 front teeth. We went back to Dr. Fromzel to fix them and she recommended a bridge for his front 4 teeth. I did some research online and really wanted a second opinion because I could not understand why she just couldn’t recap these teeth since the posts were still in. We ended up going to THREE separate dentists for opinions because we could not believe what all of them said. They said that the materials and posts used for these caps were very cheaply done and not enough materials were used to make these caps sturdy and in time they would have uncapped. All of the other opinions we received were shocked at the poor quality of her work - they told us that it was a blessing my husband had this accident so that we could redo the posts and caps correctly along with the root canals! We wrote to Dr. Fromzel asking for some of our money back so that we can pay for the corrective surgery or at least to redo the same root canals she had done previously that were now infected and no response. Best part was we received a $50 bill months later for a "no show" appointment for a cleaning that was never scheduled. Justa, who runs the office, never had an issue booking or discussing my husband’s teeth with me but all of a sudden "could not speak to me about this no show bill" when I called to inquire about it because I was not my husband. This place is a cheap butcher shop and a joke. Extremely unprofessional - save yourself the aggravation and do NOT get any major work done here.

Overall horrible experience. Came in for cleaning and was told I had four cavities. Two days later returned in immense pain from the right side of my mouth being blown up. Was referred to internal medicince Dr. and told this issue was in no relation to my cleaning. When I went to see the Dr. I was told that I had an infection in my mouth which although could not be 100% linked to the cleaning I believe this most likely was the case as I never had experienced a mouth infection before. Now sceptical of this dentist I went to a 2nd Dentist and paid out of pocket to find out that I had ZERO cavities. These people are scammers, liars and cheaters. They also billed me for two full visits when I returned with my infection. When I called to speak to the Dentist regarding both matters she never returned my call and I was only given a call by her assistant. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!
