I need to bring my son back for a procedure my dentist could not do...he recommended this practice. I went on a Saturday and it was busy as could be. Since he needs something that is more involved than a cleaning, we need to go back. Some good things....very kid-friendly. Every kid in there was relaxed and the staff is very easy to talk to. Some bad things...they have a lot of appts happening at once and some of the junior staff didnt seem to know which room to go to. Ill give it a shot and will post again once our next appt. has completed.

They are such a joke. First they hound you when they have openings in the schedule " the doctor asked us to call you to bring your daughter sooner..." yeah right. Then they cancelled your appointment without your knowledge.. claiming is because you never confirmed... well if you called the number you called me numerous times at I would have. Ive never had to deal with a medical office that is so poorly ran. I would give this place - stars if possible. Definitely time to find a new provider!

Seemed more of a factory than dentist, little tired and worn, you have to park at the mall and then cross a 4 lane road to get to it. I had to wait just over 30 mins past my scheduled appointment time even though I arrived on time. The dentist spent more time talking about the forms than anything else and then just counted my sons teeth, didnt really expain what she was doing or why. The hygenist was friendly, good with my son and helpful, but think are much better dentists around.

What a wonderful experience for me and my child. We did not have a long wait, he was able to play video games while we did wait. The staff was very helpful and professional. They did have to hold him but they were as gentle as possible and he did not get hurt. I highly recommend this office. The doctors and nurses were very good with all the children I saw in the other rooms. This office was very busy, yet they took the time to make my son feel very comfortable.

My daughters visit to the office was beyond excellent, everyone in the office are so friendly and welcoming. The office is a kid friendly zone and makes them feel so comfortable and makes it a fun place to be at. Dr. Fred and Chelsea the hygienist were great with my daughter and made her visit a fun one, she loves the dentist and cant wait to go back for her next cleaning. I will definitely be recommending All About Kids to my friends and family.

My grandaughter went for her first checkup ever and was traumatized by being held down arms, head, and forced to except dental treatment of a cleaning and flouride.In the process her ear was cut from her earing and spent all saturday night crying and throwing up. She also had red marks in her mouth from instruments forced into it. Avoid office like the plague.

I wish this dental practice was around when I was a kid. I was scared of going to the dentist office, scary old man, holding a drill, laughing, dressed in a white coat. My son enjoys (All about kids) friendly rooms and friendly staff. What a great idea! Thanks All about kids! my son looks forward going to the dentist now. :-) Bill

You always have to wait forever in the waiting room (at least 30 mins). Appointments are ridiculously difficult to get. The office staff is not super helpful, and even though I have told them a million times not to send me texts to confirm appointments (I get charged for texts), I still get them multiple times for each appointment.

Had a wonderful experience from the front desk to the assistants to the dentists! They helped tremendously with all my children and were very accomodating! I will highly recommend this dentist. Thank you again!

My experience has been good, they have very friendly and helpful staff. It is also very entertaining for the children as they can play slots and even the ambience is exciting for baseball enthusiasts..
