I am trying to find words from English vocabulary to describe how lousy and unprofessional this place is. Horrible, unprofessional or rude are extremely small words to descirbe this place. 1. Why do we schedule an appointment? Because we can save time but apparently they do not understand the concept. Inspite of an appointment they serve the customers on first come, first serve base. The receptionist is extremely rude, she is just there to clock in her hours and collect her pay check. I have been to this place twice and inspite of the appointment I ended up waiting there for about 2 hours. 2. Now lets come to the dentist. She thinks she is either doing community hours or charity. Extremely rude and dare you ask her a question and dare you ask her to repeat herself. Her reply wouls start with "I already told you....." 3. They also did the most horrible job cleaning my teeth. Do youself a favor and dont go to this place even if they offer you free services.

This place is unprofessional, my daughter was scheduled to see the dentist at 2:30 PM so I made sure to arrive 15 mins prior. So 45 mins later I asked the receptionist "how long would it be?" She replied back "theres 3 patients ahead of you" - ok fine. Well that wasnt the case, we ended up being seen LAST! On top of that the receptionist made it seem that my daughter had to see a different dentist, not the one weve dealt with in the past well it WASNT! This office is unorganized, they overbook because they deal with Medicaid patients trying to penny pinch their way causing a ridiculous wait time for everyone! What is the point of an appointment? Oh yeah to make it seem like their "Professional" - NEGATIVE, that will be the last time I will be doing any business with this horrible practice! Do yourself a favor & find a professional reliable Dentist, unless you have 3 hours to waste in the waiting room.

STAY AWAY! This dentist office is like a factory. I cannot emphasize enough how incompetent, unprofessional, rude, inhumane this freaking place is. I would rate it zero stars. This place should be shut down and reported for the unprofessional work thats done here. These "dentists" are not medical professionals they are butchers working on the clock. The female doctor i dont know if she is Jamaican or Haitian is awful. She is disrespectful and has the worst bedside manner I have ever encountered in a doctors office. Simply awful person to even speak to. Shameful to see medical professionals act this way. They should be shut down. Stay away!

Terrible dentist. The lady who did my fill in was extremely rude I dont know how she is in this kind of work place being so nasty and loud. Waits are extremely long even if you have an appointment. wait place is super small and very uncomfortable I will never be coming back here again. I dont understand how this place is still around with all the negative experiences people have here.

Horrible. My poor 11 year old son was in tears the dentist has horrible bedside manner. I will never go back! She didnt even say hello to me or describe what was going on with my sons teeth. I felt like I was in a conveyer belt of health care! I wish I could give this negative stars...oh and all.of this after waiting 2 hours past appointment time.

Ive been here twice. Both times waited over one hour. Small sitting area. Areas not very clean. I have gengivitis and no one detected it. They gave me a very superficial cleaning and could not replace an amalgam on the same day. I had to schedule another appointment and the sooner they had was in a month.

If I can give zero stars, you know I would. The waiting time is atrocious. Like why bother setting up an appointment at a designated time if youre not going to follow it? There are only TWO dentists working there and the dentist was PACKED. Horrible service!!

The entire staff from receptionist to Hygienist, and Dentist were wonderful. I felt my needs were accurately assessed and addressed. The only thing keeping this from a 5* Review is the time wait for appointments.

Horrible bedside manner! Staff was rude and ignorant...they make new appointments over existing appointments, and the wait is forever! Find a new dentist and steer clear of this place...Trust me!
