So far, Im very unsatisfied with my first encounter with this office. They charged me $110 as a copay they called "mandatory" for consultation. I spoke to my insurance company that ensured me that they covered this consultation totally and nothing should be out of pocket. The dental office was supposed to send a pretreatment letter to my insurance to be sure whats covered, and never did it according to my insurance company. The lady who represent herself was very rude. I really do not want to deal with them anylonger, but have no idea how to get my money for "consultation copay" back. If you go to this office, check with your insurance company first what theyou can charge you. Fortunately, I cancelled my surgery as I had a gut feeling that something was fishy with this office.

Ill never go anywhere else ! From the 1st call with Katiria she was extremely friendly. With patience she made sure I was completely informed regarding their services. Then Alecia went above & beyond. She is knowledgable, professional & quick to offer advice. She personalized our visits & made my fiancé and I feel like VIPs. Dr. John was also very friendly along with Yvette, they both made me feel very comfortable & made sure to provide me the utmost patient care. Thank you all !

The office manager Alisha is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Apparently she didnt train her staff properly, they charged by daughter a copay (which they shouldnt have in the first place) then blows you off to be reimbursed, NEVER RETURNS CALLS!! I will NEVER AGAIN RETURN TO THIS OFFICE AND THEIR MAIN COMPANY IS JUST AS BAD!!!
