Kane Dental of Huntington is awesome! I recommend everyone I can here. Ive been a patient now for quite a few years. Theyre conveniently located, they accept all insurance plans, and have flexible hours. If you have an emergency they are sure to fit you in. You cant put a price on the health of your teeth. They understand this and will work with you if you have any financial concerns, and their rates are already really good. They guarantee their work. Many people avoid dentists because they have a fear from a previous bad experience or just a general fear. But there is nothing to be afraid of here. Shoutout to the wonderful staff! The dental assistants, Leslie and Ryan, do so much to help the dentists out and they have many responsibilities. Theyre very knowledgable and are great at what they do. The dentists, Dr. Pinkus, Dr. Sheikh, and Dr. Kane are incredible. They are personable and treat each patient as a friend. They make sure they get the job done and are very efficient yet gentle. They care so much about their patients and have a true passion for what they do. Dr. Pinkus goes above and beyond and has helped save my teeth. I cant thank him enough for his expertise. All of the dentists explain what theyre doing and why they are doing it so you never have to wonder whats is going on. Theyre very patient and understanding. If they need to refer you out to a different specialist they have a network of other dental professionals they can refer out to and you know you can trust them. The oral surgeon, Dr. Sutter, is very comforting and gentle as well. He puts you to ease about oral surgery. The orthodontist, Dr. Sukoff, is very well known for perfecting his craft of giving patients a better smile. The hygienists, Glendy and Nash, are amazing at educating patients on proper oral hygiene and giving great cleanings. Theyre very personable and sweet. The front office manager, Alex, is invaluable to the operation of keeping this office running. This is a busy office and he manages to oversee everything with ease. He is the heart of this practice and keeps everything in order. The front office receptionists, Celeste and Maria, assist Alex with this and are always happy to help. All of the staff is helpful, knowledgeable, personable, and friendly. Most of the time people only take to the boards to write negative reviews and a lot of the times positives get overlooked. I give them a positive review because they absolutely deserve it. Ive personally interacted with every member of the staff and its always been a positive experience. I wont go to any other dentists. Ive worked for dentists and orthodontists but now I work for a dental supply company. I wish I had the pleasure of working for an office like Kane Dental of Huntington during my assisting days. Everyone works together so well and the patients are given the best care. I cant recommend this office enough. Please see them for all of your dental needs, including hygiene, dental procedures, oral surgery, cosmetic, implants, and more! 5 stars+!!

Dr. Kane was wonderful; no doubt an extremely experienced, highly-skilled & the most friendly dentist Ive come across. Unfortunately, shes not the only person youll be dealing with or seen by. One of the staff & a dentist was unprofessional & rude. Lets just say the dentist said out loud that I was giving her attitude & one of the desk-lady smirked like she was enjoying it & this was in front of all the staff & other patients! What lead up to this alleged "attitude" was my issue with a crown. Ive must gone back 8-9 times for them to attempt to get it right (crown was too high or low). BTW, they charged me for the 2nd time for their last attempt, because it was due to my "personal preference & not their fault" & they still didnt get it right! 2 weeks later a big chunk of crown broke off, but I no longer had the will to go back & deal w/them; I felt like a burden to them! One of the 8-9 times Ive gone back was to show a dentist that crown was still did not have a correct fitment/contact. And this dentist told me she didnt know thats what the appt. was for & she didnt have time to see me that day. I left work early, taking a pay-cut, drove 30 minutes to have a simple check up & she told me she didnt have time & had other patients she had to see. I asked her then why did you confirm this appointment?? Thats when she told me I was giving her an attitude! This whole ordeal happened more than a year ago & I did not want to write a bad review because of Dr. Kane... Until today the same crown broke apart further & at this point it looks like Ill have to get it redone. Obviously this will be done w/my current dentist who guaranteed he will re-do until I was 100% satisfied, but there was no need to test his guarantee as he was able to get it right (on another tooth) the 1st attempt. I would not recommend this practice to my friends or family.

I have been going to Kane Dental of Huntington for a while now. I had to get a root canal due to a chip in my tooth I know that people are generally afraid of root canals. Dr. Pinkus and Ryan who was assisting him made sure it was completely painless and efficiently done. They explained what was being done throughout the process which made me feel at ease. It was a very smooth and easy procedure to sit through. I was out of there in about half an hour, with no pain during or after. It was the least terrifying experience. I love how nice and helpful everyone at Kane Dental is. Everyone is willing to work with you to make sure you have a great experience each time. They really care about their patients, from who schedules your appointment to who walks you into the room to who does the procedure and right back to who schedules your next appointment. If you do not like going to the dentist; go to Kane Dental and that will change!

My husband and I had appointments today as new patients. I am disabled and we had our two little ones with us too. We ended up having a problem with our insurance and we were ready to leave thinking we had no other choice until the office manager named Alex stepped in, helped us out and we were able to go ahead with our appointments. He was absolutely wonderful, helpful, patient and in our opinion, an excellent asset to this company. He reassured us that everything would be ok and he took care of everything! THANK YOU SO MUCH ALEX! There should be more people like you in this world! You are a gem and made ALL the difference! We are so happy to be patients of Kane Dental and will gladly refer anyone that is looking for a dentist! Thanks, The P Family =)

I came to Kane Dental with a broken temporary bridge. I met Alex, and had the pleasure meeting Dr. Pinkus. He fixed my bridge and we discussed the necessary dental procedures that I needed to take care of ASAP. I have a high fear of dentists and the machinery. Normally I cant sit in a dental chair without sweet air or medication to ease my anxieties. So the fact that I had work done without any help says alot of Dr. Pinkus. He made me feel very comfortable about everything he was going to do step by step. I highly would recommend Kane Dental.
