I had very little time to even fit a doctor visit in but I knew I needed medication for my poison ivy. I had only an hour break to and even though I thought that would be impossible Northwell walk in clinic made it happen . The staff was really friendly and I was seen within two minutes of walking in by the nurse and then it was only about a five minute wait until I was seen by the healthcare provider . All my questions were answered I never felt rushed or uncomfortable and the experience although Id prefer not to have had it at all was excellent. I would highly recommend this facility to others! They called my prescription in right away and in under an hour I had my medication and have been seen and was able to get back to work .

We had the need to make 2 visits in 3 days for different family members. First, my 15 year old daughter, then for my husband. We received excellent treatment from both the staff and provider both times! Both times were also very fast, without making us feel rushed. My husband needed an X-ray and they brought the machine to him, rather than have him hobble all over the building! We also got follow up calls from staff after both visits to check on the patient. I highly recommend this facility!

Staff was very professional, helpful and caring. Doctor explained everything in detail. You will feel very comfortable conversing with her. The receptionist was super. And all of this was after I had to walk out of a walk in urgent care up the road because of mis-information and poor service. Keep up the good work. note: Thanks for the follow up call.

Absolutely loved the ladies over at the Northwell Health Urgent Care. Entire staff was extremely kind & there was no wait. My son was taken care of immediately. Very professional & caring staff. Even received a call asking how my son was feeling just 3 days after being seen. Highly recommended!

Only one thing, waiting one hour to see the phisition that was little bit too much, I thing you need more staff. But the people nice and the place is beautiful.
