I have been going here since 2002. I find Dr. Bottner not only to be very thorough but meticulous in his work as well. Before Islip Dental Associates, I had almost given up going to the dentist. I always had a problem when it came to X-rays, I would always gag. I had been scolded like a child by more than one dentist, as if I was doing it to inconvenience them and that is why I almost gave up. Dr. Bottner and his team of hygienists have remarkable bedside manner. They are all patient and compassionate, that is why I have been going to them for so long. Over the years, I have been a patient to more than one hygienist in the office and they are all very good. My regular hygienist is Patti, she is wonderful, very dedicated. Rosalie and Nilda at the front desk are very welcoming and extremely helpful. I am so glad I found them and would very much recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental team!

Everyone that works in the office makes you feel like family and are the most important patient they are seeing that day. Dr. Bob is always on time with appointments. The work that is done is of the highest quality. In addition, everyone from Dr. Bob and the Hygienists take the time to explain what they are doing step by step as well as everything they see in the x-rays. I never would think I would have said this, but going the dentist is now a pleasure!

I never thought I would say I actually enjoyed going to the dentist until I went to Islip Dental! It is like visiting your family, from the moment you walk through the door and you are greeted by Nilda and Rosalie. All the hygienists are wonderful! Dr Bob and his assistant Corinne are awesome they make you feel as comfortable as possible! I cant say enough! I would recommend this office to anyone!

Dr. Bob is the only dentist Ive seen, as an adult, that has made me feel comfortable in the dentist seat. He truly cares about hosting patients. Im relocating to SC but will come back to Dr. Bob for any and all dental work I need. His staff are all friendly and professional. Dr. Bobs work is exceptional, and his demeanor is wonderful. I cant say enough great things about him.

Absolutely love Dr. Bob as my dentist! He always makes me feel so comfortable and has a very calm and soothing nature. He is extremely thorough and is very detail oriented in his explanations. His staff is exceptional as well. They are always so welcoming and friendly. I have been going to Dr. Bobs for over 20 years now which shows just how highly I think of his service!

Dr. Bob and his staff are all very professional. There is never a long wait time, the office runs on schedule. Dr. Bob is very gentle. The staff is all very knowledgeable. Even my kids like going to the dentist now!
