Everyone is nice. I have never waited to long to be seen. I have had issues with some of the doctor giving me false information. I have had to see specialist for no reason because there staff werent properly trained on transgender issues. It hard to get ahold of them and I am always on hold for at least 2 minutes when I call them. I do like this office. They offer a lot of support for many different people.

Ive never waited long to be seen here, and their staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They work on a sliding fee scale of need be, and work with many insurances.
