The office staff here are very unprofessional and they treat everyone like their drug addicts,most insurances pay for the group sessions and for the drug screenings,but they will not submit it to your ins. Company they want u to pay out of pocket because they are trying to make your life miserable ,even the doctors there only want one thing,money,they dont care one bit about the patients,my daughter has been going there for about a year,and she has 2 kids and is not receiving any child support,but chesson and associates doesnt care,and wont even try to work with you on the payments, bcuz they dont care about you,so I advise everyone not to go here unless you absolutely have to,I happen to go to rite path treatment center and let me tell you that it is completely opposite,they treat you with respect and really try to help you and care about you so rite path is the place to go

Over twenty-five years ago Dr. Chessen helped my family by treating our Mother suffering with a major depressive episode which led to her hospitalization at the time. That treatment, I believe, saved my Mom! Now at the age of 78yo, dealing with her worst bout with major depression, this practice has been working diligently to help her for months! While problems persist, I am confident that her doctor, nurses, & counselors have had Moms illness & her best interest in the forefront of all treatment decisions! Keeping within HIPPA guidelines, & JHACO code of ethics, staff have courteously included me & my family in discussions, appts, and ongoing treatment decisions. Im certain we will help Mom to get through this tough battle, & commend Dr. Duzenli, CC, & Chris for compassionately working diligently to help with our Mothers healing.

Terrible experience. I was told that Dr.Chessen was out of the office indfinitively and one of his assistants would get in touch with me to keep managing my medications. No one has ever contacted me to this day and I was abandoned to my own destiny. Luckily, my family Doctor saved me. Also, Dr. Chessen Office is highly disorganized: every time you go in for a visit, you have to repeat your medical history and they don t keep track of anything. Once I was given a physical twice in the same week!!! They were completely oblivious of the fact I had already had one. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

Its a shame theyre no longer closing. Terrible service, rediculous wait times, the rudest employees Ive ever met, and now that Dr. Chessen is retired they no longer even have a real doctor, just a single, disrespectful nurse practitioner. Dont waste your time or risk your health with these clowns.

Worst place ever! They constantly lose my chart and just treat me like a drug addict. Never in my life have I been disrespected and forgotten about like I have there. Please do not go here
