My experience here was horrible. Recently I made an appointment which took me 4 weeks to be seen by a dentist because of their schedule was fully booked. When I got their for my appointment for 9am I had to wait 4hrs in the waiting room for my name to be called because their was only "1 dentist" in the building. When I sat in the chair the people that work their did not even change the small rinse water cup which I almost drinked. At this point Im already digiested. As Im sitting in the chair the dentist is doing more then one thing and speaking to different people which took another hr of my time. I went their for a filling. I end up leaving without getting it done. I literally walk off the chair. The only thing they did was numb me with a needle and this litter gel they had put on my gum. This place is a complete waste of time, they are not very professional. Some of the staff was even on their phones. I will not reschedule or recommend their place to anyone. I will seek other places. Not happy with services. If hirer up is reading this please send someone to take care of this matter. This is no good. (The dentist was Indian descent and looks young) he did not seem to care one bit, was the main person having a conversation while in the same room w someone who does not work their while I was in chair. Unbelievable. Wish I can give it half a star

So all of a sudden you need to schedule an appointment to be seen and there are no available appointments until February. However, their cards still say no appointment necessary and their website says the same thing. When I told the lady this, she told me that they know and that their supervisor was told to change it but hasnt yet. She also told me that the phone number on the site is wrong as well. How dumb is that?!?! My filling in my mouth broke and every time I eat it hurts really bad. I thought that would classify as an emergency. The lady there told me no. She seemed like she didnt want to help me make an appointment either. In the past, Ive always been scared of going because they werent very inviting. They are very impersonal and not very professional. The office where you have to sign in is a room! All of your records are just sitting there exposed. I really hate this place!

Dont waste your time going here at all. I came in and wanted to sign in because I had an appointment, but someone close to them was making an appointment, everyone was laughing and joking around, they would look at me and just stare, and continue laughing. I wouldve signed in on my own, but those people were in the way. When they finally left, 5min later, they went about their business, not bothering to ask if I needed help. Worst service ever. Also, it smells in the waiting room, and a lot of poor looking people come here, just looks and smells gross

Never go here!!! Unprofessional Dentist and Staffs, Dirty office, nothing is disinfected/sanitized !! so gross !!, never on time, unpleasant experience, this Dental office is worse than a third world dental office and they need to be shut down, PERIOD.

I would even give 1/2 a star but its not allowed. Waiting is horrible, if you choose to go there is like you need to set this day for just that one thing. And no one cares that youre just sitting there. They need to seriously do better.

Horrible! I went to metropolitan with a cavity and felt like I left with an std. This place is grotesque and should be closed. I could have done better tying string to my tooth and slamming the door shut.
