The last few times I had gone there, I was not very happy with how they were treating me like they were cursed to work a job. But I kept going because, at the end of the day, I still got my product. Today was the last time I will ever be in contact with this company. Constantly being put on hold on the phone after asking about my prescription. After the third time of calling back and being placed on hold, I tried to see how long she would put me on hold. I went to take a shower, put on clothes, eat breakfast - and I was still on hold. Really disrespectful of my time. They wont bother answering your call if youre not talking about either an eye exam or buying glasses. They want you to come in person so that youll have to buy something because youre there anyway - but that was not a viable option at the time that I had called. I called back after that third time but this time I asked about an appointment and suddenly, I wasnt being placed on hold anymore. I subsequently hung up. Look, Im not looking for someone to be supremely interested in my wants in terms of eyeglasses but I certainly dont deserve being disrespected and my time being wasted.

Incompetent and impatient staff that has no custom service experience whatsoever. I made an appointment for 2 of my family members to get eye exams and new glasses 3 weeks in advance, and not one call was made to let me know that they werent eligible yet. I even called them a day ahead of time to confirm the appointments! On the day of, they do the exam for my sister and then after the fact tell me that she wasnt eligible and that insurance wont cover it. They then have the audacity to ask me to pay for their oversight and incompetence! Granted they cut me a break by giving me a discount, but it took 20 minutes and 3 separate employees just to get the promo code to work. The employees were visually fed up with trying to get the code to work. All in all it left a bad taste in my mouth. Will not be going back here for my or my loved ones eye care.

I think they should retrain all of their employees the proper way on how to make an appointment for a patient especially if they will be coming in for an eye exam together with their family. My mother and I waited to long for us to be assisted. When the doctor had called my mother for a check - up she was already seating down on the chair ready to be checked. The receptionist knew that my mother and I had an appointment on 08/26. They still let a patient who is supposed to be 2:45pm be checked first instead of my mother. My mother was upset about what had happened so she decided to let me cancel her appointment for this day. I really hope next time they will do better because I like being at this place for my eye exam but what they had done to my mother yesterday was so disappointing.

Ive been a customer here for two and a half years. I would suggest only coming here once so you can get a good deal. After that go somewhere else. The first time you come they give you great discounts, but after that they expect you to pay almost $500 a year just to renew your prescription and get another set of contact lenses. Today they treated me so rudely. One woman who I asked to give me a copy of my old prescription was so rude to me, and she spoke so loudly that the entire office heard all my information and my issue. She had no manners and was not even trying to be cordial. I walked out without even saying thank you. I will never come back to this place.

Horrible. Every time I come here there is a problem. I came in last week with an appointment and I had to wait 20 minutes to just be seen. After waiting 20 minutes I finally get to see the Optician and he was quick and thorough. After waiting an additional 15 minutes to be taught how to apply the contacts, I was told I had to come back the following week. Today, I had an appointment for 12 oclock and the only lady who can help me with my contacts is late by 20 minutes. Its ridiculous.

Parking might be of an issue, but there are ample parking in the side near five guys ... Service and customer care is variable.. there seem to be few employees who believes that working is a curse.. The product line and stock is good.. but not as vast is other places.. the TAT is extraordinary.. Ive always got my services accomplished much before the said date.. Overall they r good...

They have no clue whats going on, i went 4 times for my son glasses, every time frank will call and says my son glasses are in but when i get there no one could find the glasses, i waited an extra 4 months for them to order and receive them, i will never goo back there and i will never recommends or advice anyone to go there

From the first visit to picking up my eyeglasses, it has been a wonderful experience. I was assisted (not pressured in the selection of my frames. The staff there is friendly without being overbearing or disingenuous. It really was a pleasant experience. Excellent customer service!

Ive been coming here for years and yes, there is often a long wait regardless of what youre there for, but I love the convenience of this location. Its right off the LIE and the staff have never messed up my orders, so Im sticking with them for the long run
