I was training for my first marathon and started experiencing knee pain as the mileage increased. I tried several exercises, stretching and I didnt see any results. Finally I made an appointment and saw Dr. Joe. Best decision and only wished I had done it sooner. After one visit, I had no knee pain on my next long run. I highly recommend TLC Chiropractic.
