When I came here I thought my shoulder, specifically my rotator cuff, would never feel better. It had hurt for nearly 6 months or more. I met Joe the physical therapist and he knew exactly how to treat what was botherinhg me. Hed stretch places not even close to the problem and they would directly affect the problem. I went only twice a week but over the course of a few weeks it felt better and better. Today I feel almost 100%. Im only 43 but what I learned from what hes taught me to what I learned from doing, Im confident going forward Ill be more careful to appreciate a pain free lifestyle. If you are looking for a good place to go to try this one and I definitely recommend Joe. And if youre like me and thought physical therapy wouldnt help, you should give it a shot because it does.
