Before meeting Dr. Littner of Middletown,, I had same Dentist for over 10 years in Chester until the day He stated, No Hope-EXTRACT ALL TEETHE n replace with Upper/Lower. After many Crown replacements & Expensive Co-pays...His Diagnosis Made me Lose Faith:(.. I Decided To Search For 2nd Opinion & a patient of his who HIGHLY recommended Dr. Littner & Staff for over 7 years I made an Evaluation appt-- Holding On To A Ray Of Hope To Save My mouth!! The Day came with Anticipation --especially with a front crown suddenly falling out --to add to my Dilemma & embarrassment to smile:( I Enter this Immaculate waiting area filled with many organized neat brochures. It was a comfortable atmosphere for anyone with Typical Anxiety. Friendly staff greeted me; suddenly Dr. Littner approached me with relaxing casual conversation which even soothed pending anxieties. My appt was Met Timely by Hygienist who took many extensive X rays--She was warm, thorough with clear instructions; also asked of my worries/concerns. I related my "loss of faith" story of Former Dentist & Simply stated, " I NEED HELP, I NEED MY SMILE BACK...Also, .Can Dr, do an emergency cementing of fallen out crown?? She replied, We Will Help You:)... She then shows Incredible Digital x rays of entire mouth on huge panoramic flat screen & Defines areas that require care. Dr. Littner Formally introduces himself & Was made aware of My serious Concerns/past Dental issues. He comforts Me with a hand on shoulder Stating, " Sounds like you had Rough Time...We WILL GET YOU BACK INTO SHAPE!!! He then details all Extensive work Needed To Get MY SMILE BACK AGAIN. He Defines what must be first cared for-- antibiotics for extractions- ONLY 3 versus 19 teethe..."NO NEED TO EXTRACT ALL TEETHE...I WAS STUNNED... He even re-cemented my crown!!! I Finally Found An EXPERIENCED, HONEST & KIND PROFESSIONAL....I Left with an AFFORDABLE Detailed Evaluation Billing ...and Shockingly..~~~~~~ 3X Less Than RIP-OFF ASPEN DENTAL...Just check class-action suit IN NY AGAINST ASPEN DENTAL .. ...INDEED, I Shall return With continued Evaluation And FAITH REGAINED!! For Clarity, I shall Post Horrid Rip-Off Experience With Aspen Dental at a different Evaluation Posting!

I am not sensitive with my mouth really Ive always been comfortable with dentists but Littner made me understand why people are afraid of them. The staff is amazing! but the dentist was awful. I got a promotional free cleaning and he did it. He was suppose to take an hour he took a half hour. He kept banging the tools against my teeth. He used a polisher/ grinder tool to remove some tarter from one of my teeth but in the process because he was so sloppy he ground into the tooth next to it taking the enamel off!! I couldnt wait to leave and I went out into the car and cried because I felt so violated. I needed to go back to get my fillings ground down and I did not want to go back. To make things worse when I felt my teeth they still had plaque on my back teeth!! When I called he to tell he how it made me feel he yelled at me over the phone and then abruptly hung up saying he could talk to me any more. I had to go back or I would have to pay money somewhere else. I had my mom come into to room with me. And he was so condescending. Saying "now how does that feel"? And are "you sure?" in a sarcastic tone of voice. I dont usually write reviews but if this saves one person from having an experience like I had it will be worth it. I have to say his staff is amazing and they softened the blow I felt. aside from them I dont know how he is in business let alone top rated. Hes good at advertising but does not like his job. Just beware.

I highly recommend Dr. Littner and his staff at Cornerstone Dental in Middletown, NY. I started as a patient in December 2015. I was referred to Dr. Littner by my Pulmonologist so that he could fit me for a sleep appliance for treatment of my sleep apnea. I had previously tried a CPAP machine and hated it. So I needed an alternative. I am thrilled to have a SomnoMed sleep appliance. Dr. Littner and his assistant Susan fitted me for it and I have been using it since January 2016. It is the perfect solution for me and I highly recommend it for anybody with sleep apnea. I am so thankful to have found this easy alternative to the cumbersome CPAP machine. Call today and his friendly staff will schedule an appointment. You will be happy you did.

Dr. Littner and his staff have been nothing short of amazing the past few months. After more than 12 years of not visiting a dentist, Cornerstone Dental got my mouth back in shape without discomfort--- I even had fun in the process. If youre REAL good, you can visit the treasure chest (we are all kids at heart). The staff is accommodating, and caring. I have always been afraid of the dentist, and so I have avoided going. Dr. Littner has been sensitive to my special situation, and has provided excellent care to me and my family. The office staff and technicians are professional, kind, and extremely friendly. All of my questions are answered. I would highly recommend Cornerstone Dental to anyone. It makes "going to the dentist" less scary.

I was lucky enough to be referred to Dr Littner for sleep apnea treatment. He provided a dental sleep appliance and it has made a tremendous difference in my life. I can now sleep through the night, and I feel like a normal person again. After years of trying to use a CPAP and not sleeping through the night, I can now sleep and wake up and do a full days work. This is like a new life.

I was extremely nervous about going the the dentist as soon as I arrived I felt more at ease. Everyone was so nice and made you feel very comfortable. Dr. Littner made me feel at ease and talked me through everything and explained exactly what he was going to do as he went along which was very comforting. Highly recommend Dr. Littner and his staff I made an excellent choice.

For someone like me who is afraid (yes afraid at my age!) to go to the dentist Dr. Littner is the answer to that problem. I had my first pain free visit with Dr. Littner yesterday and it was for a tooth extraction! You will never find a better person to calm those fears and give you pain free visits.
