I cannot relate to the negative reviews published herewith. This has not been my experience at all. I am myself a health care professional. I came to this practice as a refugee from another overcrowded local group dental practice, where the staff were inexperienced, inattentive and inconsiderate and the dentist manager arrogant and dismissive. So I know poor patient experience well. My experience with Brighter Dental has been a striking contrast. The staff has always been caring and professional. Treatment has been effective and appropriate . To date I have received, as needed, periodic x-Rays, oral examinations, replacement fillings, periodontal gum surgery, crowns with and without root canals as well as 3 monthly periodontal descalings and cleanings. I have never felt that I was being sold procedures that I did not need. Treatment was always appropriate to my needs. I have never experienced significant pain or discomfort during treatment. My appointments have always been on time and the waiting room is rarely crowded. They always ensure that the appropriately qualified professional is on hand to perform the required procedures. For any major procedure proposed a treatment plan is always prepared and submitted to me for prior approval. I cannot say that this was part of the standard of care at other dental practices that I have used. So I give kudos to BDC for doing this. A special shout out goes to my hygienist who is the best at her job that I have had to date.

The majority of my experiences with the office have been pleasant and positive. All the doctors/assistants I have seen are pleasant and informative. The staff is pretty friendly. Ive had cleanings, cavities filled, an extraction and root canal. ALL went smoothly with minimal pain (extraction was an emergency they fit me in for) meaning the shot given to numb was the worst pain they "caused". They are informative from day one, work with you, and suggest a line of treatment. While no one "likes" going to the dentist - they tend to make it as pleasant as possible. With that said, my last experience has been an absolute nightmare from appointments (cancellations/rescheduling) to procedures causing months in delays and pain. This came from all angles: not receiving information, delays in follow-up, setting appointments and having them cancelled, trying to reschedule... it was extremely ugly. BUT... I have high hopes that that the last experience will never happen again. After all - I have had a lot of work here and this is the ONLY bad experience Ive had. Ive recommended others who have had no problems and know others who already go without issues. I still give them a thumbs up and will continue to use them for all my dental care because sometimes... stuff happens.

The worst experience in paid care that i have had anywhere.period. First of all, the dentist saw me a full hour and half after my appointment time. secondly, during the x-rays, the tech fired the machine without even putting the tube next to my mouth and she made light of the situation by trying to joke about it! I hope this place realizes how serious this can be. The dentist shows up and puts together a work sheet for over $9000 worth of work and when i asked her to prioritize, the issue that took me to the dentist (a cracked tooth) was not the first one she wanted me to get addressed! I cant believe this level on incompetency. they are not digital which means that i need to pay and get them to email me copies of my x-rays. why would i do that? because after this first encounter i had no faith left in their competency level. The lady at the front desk told me that it would take 7-10 days to get the x-rays to me. It has been 6 weeks now- i called them yesterday and the lady tells me that they will be done by EOD. I called today and she says that it is still not ready as the person in charge is working! This is absolutely an unreal experience for me...I strongly recommend that you stay away from this place. i wish there was a way to give 0 stars.

I just left the Brighter Dental office and I can honestly say I have never had a worse experience with a dentist. I was called by one of their office staff after making my initial appointment and told that my dental plan would not pay for xrays as I had them done in 2006. She then told me I had to get a copy of those Xrays from my prior dentist and bring them to the appointment. When I met Dr. Singer he told me the Xrays were too old and I would have to pay $125 for new Xrays. He proceeded to be condescending and quite obnoxious because I asked why I was not told by his staff that they would not use the xrays because they were too old. They knew about this because they verified it with my insurance company. His behavior was offensive, and totally unprofessional. He did not like me questioning him at all. This is one dental office I would stay away from. Just as a footnote, I found the office to be very stark, and cold with no pictures on the walls. Not a very welcoming atmosphere.

Overall happy with the Robbinsville practice. This does not mean that we have not had some rough patches along the way. Pricing is comparable with any other dental practice. At our initial treatment appointment all was explained to us, with no surprises. I knew exactly from day one, how much it was going to be to complete treatment. Office staff, is extremely friendly, courteous and will try to accommodate my schedule. Most dentists at this practice, overall are very professional, knowledgeable and concerned about pain management. Dental technicians and hygienist are also, professional, caring and knowledgeable. This forum, although at your request, is not the proper or viable venue to discuss my experiences with a particular dentist at this practice. I find it rather crass and rude to discuss certain issues that may have been caused simply by someone having a bad day, because overall, my wife and I are very happy with this practice.

Im not a regular dental patient at Brighter Dental. I decided to use this office because there was a doctor that took my medical & dental insurance to cover my wisdom teeth removal. My initial consultation and follow-up visit were both handled pretty well. The staff was polite and I didnt wait long either time for those appointments. My biggest issue was that the day of my surgery I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room before my procedure. There was no explanation as to why I waited that long and when I finally was called the woman who took me to the room was a bit patronizing saying she could tell I was nervous/unhappy by the look on my face. I understand that there may be a slight wait to do some paperwork and get the room ready for a patient, however 45 minutes is absolutely unacceptable, especially without giving the patient a reason. The procedure went smoothly and the recovery was as expected.

The people who work at the front desk were very rude. When we were ten minutes late to an appointment due to trouble picking up my daughter from school, and the staff and hygienists rolled their eyes and started to say things amongst themselves that they could have said directly to me (such as I need their insurance information). Weve been going to this place for several years and have spent significant amounts for oral surgeries and orthodontics however the attitude is changing either due to new (untrained and rude) staff, especially at the front desk. It ruins the experience and we will most likely be changing to another family density in the area. There are several options in the area and they will be losing our probate and recommendations going forward.
