My wife went here because there are so many positive reviews. The office is very nicely decorated. The dentist is very nice. Its the staff here that are awful. The worst one is the gentleman whos a receptionist. Wife had a procedure done, but she was never told it would be split over two sessions. After her procedure, we were advised to book the followup not far apart from the initial session for best results. Their next available was a month out. Thats ridiculous, we asked why they recommend the followup procedure be scheduled close to initial but dont even have availability for it. A young lady finally chimed in (because she was actually trying to help us and not argue with us) and said we can come back for a followup the next week. When we came back, it was the guy again and now he said our appt was for the following week. This not what they told us. He was unwilling to help out at all and this behavior made us leave in a very bad mood. My wife calls the following week, day of appt, to verify and its the same guy. He advised we dont have that appointment because when we left we didnt confirm we still wanted it. How is that a policy? You tell us to come on a particular day, we show and you advise the appt is for the following week (wasted trip) and then you cancel the appt again for the following week without ever contacting us or confirming we are cancelling. Very unprofessional receptionist. Well definitely be going elsewhere. Subsequently, we also learned its general practice to split this procedure into 4 sessions, not 2. Also, dont know why they dont immediately setup the dates for the followups if they recommend they be close together in date range. Well be switching to another dentist.

I needed a new dentist after moving to NJ and I am glad I went to Brunswick Smiles. The clinic is brand new and equipment is amazing. There was no waiting time to go back, which is so rare in NJ. The assistant went over my dental history and ACTUAL doctor did the cleaning. I was seated on a massage chair; which was very much appreciated. The doctor was very thorough and did an amazing job. With the help of a video camera he showed me condition of my teeth (Loved the featured!!!!). My old fillings (silver) needed to be replaced but the doctor just put some sealant to make them last longer (saved money on fillings + he didn’t charge me for the sealant). I was very impressed that they didn’t try to sell me a treatment that I didn’t need right away… will be making an appointment for those fillings though. Overall, the staff was extremely friendly and this was one of the most comfortable dental cleaning experiences. I am all smiles, Thanks!!

Dr Amin and her staff are beyond amazing! The office is so beautiful and inviting. The front desk was super helpful and quick in scheduling my appointment and finding out about my insurance. The assistant was so sweet and had a great personality. My husband needed some work and although her schedule was packed Dr. Amin still accommodated us because of his work schedule. He also wanted to replace silver fillings and instead of trying to make a profit (which Ive seen many dentists do) she explained to us how she wouldnt recommend it for him. My one year old was with us and although he was a handful everyone accommodated all of us and made us feel extremely welcome. Dr Amin is so gentle took her time and addressed all our concerns. How amazing is it that on his way out the other dentist came to introduce himself and welcomed us to the practice! Definitely a place where a whole family can go and be taken care of!

Beware this company charges you $50 for missed appointments. My wife went there rescheduled got work done the following week and a month later we had to fight to get the office manager to remove the $50 charge cause we didnt reschedule within their 24 hour rule. This happened on several occasions and I understand that you need to keep your dental hygienist working to justify their pay but charging $50 for a missed appointment is not reasonable especially for repeat customers. In my opinion this is no way to keep loyal customers. I also had my crown done here and the crown kept falling out. They didnt want to replace the crown even though it kept falling out. They just decided to keep trying to cement a bad crown. Clearly not wanting to pay to send out for another crown. After falling out several times they still wouldnt replace it and I ended up repaying to get it done right.

By far the best dentist I have even gone to. Not only is Brunswick Smiles clean and spotless, once you enter Brunswick Smiles, it looks and feels as if youve just walked into a 5 star resort. I felt as if I was right at home, comfortable and relaxed. As far as the dentists and their employees, they are the most friendly dental office employees I have ever met. They treated me with respect and care. Everyone is very kind and unlike most dental offices, Brunswick Smiles actually cares about your dental health. I honestly mean every word Ive said. Brunswick Smiles has the whole package. If your looking for sincerely caring, highly educated, very thorough, impressively talented dentists...Brunswick Smiles should be your first and only choice! It really doesnt get much better....5 stars!!!!

Stellar All Stars

Went to Brunswick Smiles today after being recommended by a friend. From the moment I walked in they were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is modern and comfortable, not something you would attribute to a dentist office. I especially loved the comfortable chairs that massaged me throughout my visit, as well as a personal television for me to watch while my teeth were getting cleaned. Dr. Amin was friendly, knowledgable and informative which I greatly appreciated. Before my departure, I was given everything I needed to care for my teeth at home and general advice from the doctor. I would highly recommend Dr. Amin and this dentist office for anyone that is in need of a dentist or for anyone that is just looking for a change.

All of the positive reviews for this office are certainly accurate. I havent met one person there who isnt awesome--kind, patient, and dedicated to doing the job well. Sharon at the front desk is fantastic. Shes warm and bubbly, but most importantly, she makes sure that you are clear on the work that the dentist is recommending, how much your insurance will likely cover, how long your appointment is slated to take etc. Alex was my hygienist, and Dr. Kee was my dentist. Both women are phenomenal at the work they do, and I cant recommend them enough. If you have fears about the dentist, I suggest you give Brunswick Smiles a shot. I feel totally confident in their hands, and I think you will too!

This is a brand new place and it shows. Everything is modern and updated. I was having problems with my previous dentist and Brunswick Smiles took the time to help me with my insurance. Dr. Patel is a young dentist who cracks jokes and is down to earth. I had to go for multiple visits and I felt very comfortable chatting with him and asking any silly questions i had. He even took pictures of my teeth with a small device and the picture popped up in the tv screen in front of me! It was really cool. Im happy i found this place - I stayed with my previous old dentist because it was convenient.. but theres a whole world of modern technology out there! Im glad I switched.
