This office is wildly unprofessional! I called to see if they accepted my insurance and if they were taking new patients. I was told yes on both accounts. I was even put on hold so the woman making the appointment could see if my insurance was in fact accepted. After she had confirmed they accepted it, I booked an appointment for myself and my boyfriend. Not 15 minutes later do I get a call back from them telling me they need to reschedule the appointment for a later time, because they hygienist doesnt get there that early.Fine, I push the appointment back to a later time. Then I get a call at the end of the week saying they want to push back my appointment AGAIN. This time they wanted to give me a time slot 4 hours after my original appointment time. I told them I couldnt do that so they give me an appointment 2 hours from the original appointment time. When the day finally arrives for my appointment, I hand the receptionist my insurance card and ID only to have someone say, "Oh, we dont take this insurance." She hardly seemed apologetic and merely shrugged off that they didnt take it. When I told her that I had the woman making the appointment confirm that my insurance was accepted, she shrugged it off like it was no big deal. Im actually glad I wont be using them as a dentist, because if this encounter is any indicator of how they run their business, then Im sure its garbage.

At first i love the receptionists friendliness and she was very eager to help with all insurance questions............... after a year .... it alll went down hill............................ I went to the office for some filling, root canal and was convinced into invisalign since dr office offered additional discount. Dr had informed me that it was covered under my insurance plan since theyve called and confirmed that they will pay out $1500 one time coverage towards braces. And she assured me they are always willing to work with patience and the insurance company to get everything right. A year and half after, I rcvd notice from doctors office trying to collect 2500 / 3000$. After some back and forth with insurance company and the dr office, i found out that insurance had informed dr office the claim for braces has to be submitted monthly from the date of service. BUT dr office submitted in lump sum to collect and now comes back trying to collect $ and withholding remaining of my invisalign. I paid over 3500 and its now going down the drain. Ive tried to ask them numerous time to show me the monthly bills theyve claimed to insurance ... 1st request submitted April 23rd and still no response yet. just sent another email reminder today 8/14. Lets see what they want to do. If anyone has any advise, pls let me know. Appreciate it! *UPDATE* TODAY IS 9/1, STILL NO REPLY FROM THEM.

I dont usually write reviews whether its good or bad. I went to Tooth Fairy Family Dental last week and I was very impressed. I was running late and was happy to see that the office had plenty of parking. When I went in I was welcomed with courtesy and a friendly smile. The front desk was very informative about my insurance questions and other questions I had. The wait was very short and I was taken to have x-rays The dentist went into detail about my x-rays and explained the options I could take. The dental hygienist did an excellent job on the cleaning and explained ways to prevent future dental problems. I usually do not like going to the dentist but they made me feel comfortable and at ease. I would highly recommend this place. If you feel uncomfortable about going to the dentist then this is the place to go. They are professional at what they do and a friendly smile doesnt hurt. If you are into art, I noticed some paintings on the wall that were very interesting.

To preface my most pleasant visit at Tooth Fairy, I originally made my appointment with Brighter Dental and I urge everyone to strongly consider the reviews of that particular practice. The staff is rude, unhelpful, and they absolutely try to squeeze extra fees out of their patients. Tooth Fair Dental was pleasant from start to finish. Due to insurance changes, I was required to switch dentists, and my old dentist was able to email all my records and x-rays over. I had a lovely hygienist named Theresa, who gave me a really good cleaning and advised how I can improve my brushing habits in particular problem areas. Overall, the office is modern and well-appointed with state of the art equipment and facilities. The office was very easy to find and is just minutes down the road from my work. Its what a dentist should be; pleasant, warm and thorough!

There were many things that bugged me about this office. -They dont make a courtesy call. (Make sure that I dont forget my appointment) -When I arrived at the office, I was hearing Dr. Haseeb was using dirty words in a conversation on the phone (Very unprofessional). -After my teeth cleaning, the lady who cleaned my teeth said Dr. Haseeb will come and speak to me. After waiting 10-15 minutes the lady at the front desk finally decided to tell me that I could leave. Never spoke with the dentist....I guess he doesnt care about his patients unless there is a problem. (So he can make money) -They dont schedule appointments six months in advance. (How can they possibly be busy if their service is so bad?) Definitely going to switch dentists. Ive never been to such a horrible office before.

Dr. Lin has been our family dentist for over 10 years and we have been very happy with her. Dr Lin exhibits professionalism at its best, is courteous, puts you at ease and is well informed regarding dentistry and willing shares this knowledge so that her patients can make informed decisions. Dr. Lin has a pleasant personality and interacts with patients with respect and understanding. We were so impressed with Dr. Lin that previously we gladly drove almost an hour for our dental visits. My wife has a lot of teeth problems and never once has she complained or raised concern regarding the service that Dr. Lin has provided. We are lucky to have dentist like Dr. Lin and we look forward to continue our relationship with her.

I picked Tooth Fairy Dental because it had the best reviews of the providers covered by my insurance. Making an appointment was indeed quite difficult. I left several messages and was never called back, etc. The building is quite nice and it doesnt feel like you are walking into a dentists office building. The waiting room is nicely furnished, there are potted plants around and they have tea available. I wasnt pleased with the dental cleaning I received. It was rather slapdash and missed some points integral to a cleaning (such as probing with a dental explorer to check for unseen decay, flossing, etc). If the other reviews are correct and this is indeed the best dentist in the area, that concerns me.

I had a horrible experience. While taking the appointment my husband asked three times if the routine cleanup was covered by insurance and if they will accept it. They said yes. While staring the process I asked if it is 100% covered. They said yes. All I need to do is choose them as service provider once I go back home. After the clean up. They asked me to pay. when I said it was 100% covered. they said you had to choose us 1 month before. i told them 10 minutes ago the staff told me it is covered. After verifying from the staff (which she agreed), I was asked to to pay 50% and it was a horrible experience. I found the staff to be very rude.
