Hi! I had to leave a review! I am 36 years old and have nothing but terrible experiences when it comes to the dentist, so bad that I actually developed a phobia and just stopped going altogether. My mouth got pretty bad. So bad, I had no choice but to go back. I just could not take the pain anymore. So I googled and this office stood out in the list that was provided. I called and spoke with the office and told them my situation, from not being in an office for years and my huge fear of the dentist. They told me I had nothing to worry about and to come in. Well since then I have been there 3 times in a month getting work done, and they were amazing!!!! The staff is so nice and comforting and the Dentist, well she is just a doll. She worked with me and my fear and made me feel very comfortable. The assistant held my hand and made it easier for me. I will never go anywhere else. I even brought my 2.5 year old for his first check up, which was also a success. These people care.. Thank you!!!❤

When My insurance changed I gave my new card upfront before the visit. The staff made copies and told me that they participate in the insurance. They also treated my kids few weeks later. When Insurance company rejected the claims the staff told me they they do not take my insurance. I ended up paying good amount of money. The staff was no accomodating and I had a horrible experience. Please do not rely on Dr Grossmans staff. Make sure yourself before going to their office that they participate not only in the insurance but also take the insurance plan on the DAYof your visit. You can be tricked into believing that you are covered and may end up paying even when the insurance cnomapny should pay. Please Beware!!!

Dr. Pallavi Chellur is the best. My son had a very traumatic experience for just a filling with another dentist where 7 people had to hold him to do one filling. And a failure bcoz he still had the pain. He was adamant not to go back there. Found Dr. Pallavi online and booked appt.On time appt. Welcoming front desk people. Amazing nurse. And finally no words for Dr. Pallavi she understood that he is very sensitive to doctors bcoz of previous experiences. Handled very patiently. And she explained the real issue and extracted tooth single handed. Thats amazing... going back for root canal and one more work.

1) Ive been here 5 times. 3 of them were routine cleanings and 2 were fillings.. not once did I wait more than 5 minutes. 2) Each procedure went quickly and painlessly 3) The receptionist is extremely pleasant, as is the assistant who took me to the room and took my information. Asks about my day and genuinely seems to care. Great conversation. 4) The dentist is very pleasant and professional. She makes sure youre comfortable and most importantly, she answers your questions without rushing you out. Basically take the time that you need.

Dr. Pallavi Chellur is an excellent dentist and the staff is very good as well. I have been to Dr. Pallavi twice over the last year and both experiences were the same with great quality of service. She takes the time to explain what she is doing before she does it which makes the dentist visit a lot easier. The wait time at this place is minimal to none. I scheduled my last teeth cleaning 30 minutes before hand and I was taken in immediately when I got there. Couldnt ask for anything more! A+

I was honestly a bit nervous to go to the dentist. However, there was no reason to be. The staff at the front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming. I was explained everything in detail that was being done to me by both the assistant and the doctor . The dentist, Dr. Pallavi Chellur was very warm-spirited. I truly trusted her with my teeth. I will be back, and am happy knowing I will be going somewhere I can trust as well as feel welcomed.

If youre looking for a dentist office that provides professional and detailed work then this is the place for you. I am completely delighted that I found out about this office from Zocdoc. I absolutely love the welcoming environment and the staff is amazing. They are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The usual wait time ranges from 1-2 minutes which I never experienced anywhere else.

I have been 2 times to Dr. Pallavi and today is the third. She is so friendly , professional and she tells the patient ahead what she is going to do. She is very punctual no waiting time . Her assistant and her front office are the best, they always welcome me with a smile and they are so nice to my little daughter. A very comfortable environment ..
