I unfortunately have a lot of experience with dental work from many different providers. Dr. Spielman is the best. When I have my cleanings done they are always done by professional hygienists that take the time to do a very through job. At the end of the visit, Dr. Spielman takes the time to review whatever the hygienist has for him in the way of Xrays and/or observations. He does an examination and will always ask if there are any issues I would like to discuss. He is never quick to spend your money on dental work. He reviews options and if he thinks something is unnecessary, or can wait, he will tell you. On several occasions he has talked me out of replacing old caps, etc. if he felt it was not necessary.

I made an appointment for a cleaning with Dr. Howard Spielman. However, I was serviced not by the doctor but by an assistant who did a rushed job of cleaning and finished in less than 5 minutes. Now to wait another 6 months before I try to find a dentist who is competent and does the job himself as opposed to having an assistant fill-in for him.

My first visit was a dental emergency, and they were great. Professional, cordial service from everyone there. Ive been back for a cleaning since, and again grear service. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a dentist in the Plainsboro area.

I too have a lot of experience with dentists and Dr. Spielman is my dentist of choice. As mentioned above, he wont recommend procedures you dont need. I wish I had learned of him years ago!
