Please avoid going to this place. I recently had to change my dentist and choose Eastern Dental because of my insurance. I am astonished how terrible the service was. I went there for a normal check up. The people at front desk were friendly enough. The technician that did the x-ray was also nice. But the dentist (Dentist in charge as published on their website) was just utterly professional. Prior to the dentist came to my room, I had heard him talk to 3 other patients. He spent less than 2 minutes with each patient and told every single patient you are flossing too hard. The dentist came to the room and looked at me asking if I had any problem that day. I said sometimes my gum bleeds. Without looking at my gum, he casually said you are flossing too hard". Then he left the room. Thats that. He told me I was flossing too hard and left the room. $400 service right there. I am a pharmacist. I spend more time giving free advice to random customers who walks to my practice asking for advice on over-the-counter drugs. And this dentist.. his practice billed my insurance $400+ just so he could tell me i was flossing too hard (like he had told other patients) without examining me properly? SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I had requested the assistant (she was very friendly and helpful) if I could talk to the dentist. After 5 minutes, dentist comes back. This time he checks the x-rays. He says plaque is building up. You need to floss harder".. Then he walks away again. Just like that. So what am I doing wrong? Am I flossing too hard? Or am I not flossing too hard? I have had 2 dentists that I have been going to for years and both of those dentists were just wonderful.. I had to go to this awful place due to my insurance change. But I think I will just to go my regular dentist and pay full price out of pocket rather than dealing with Eastern Dentals highly unprofessional dentist.

The worse ever, waited for a root canal nearly 7 months then to top it off they could not completed and they had to send me to a specialist which took another month to see and furthermore i had to drive an hour away from home! I developed a huge infection and to top it off the root canal was unsuccessful, my root fractured! Had to be extracted... A year and a half later during this whole nightmare i now have to go back because now i feel something on the same area of the extraction and might have to wait months for them to see me. This is the worse dental business ever.

Dental care aspect is great. Service is an utter disgrace (at least my experience with one person—being hung up while on hold while they were the only person there, being denied an appointment even though the dentist confirmed to make one earlier in the day, being hung up on [multiple times] before even finishing a sentence).

Ive been a patient here since they opened. My husband and daughter, too. Today, Dr. Bonner did my exam. He was perfect! And funny, too. Made for a pleasant experience. NO CAVITIES! Erin cleaned my teeth so gently that I hardly knew she was doing it. GREAT PLACE, GREAT PRICE.

Customer service is bad they tell you no co-pay or any money due at time of service then week later send you bill to pay in full even you have dental plan that cover 100% . when you contact them they say it automatic computer send bill to you not us.

Worst dentist Ive ever been to.Stuck me three times and started diggn my tooth out and I wasnt numb then after I got home Novocain wore off and I was in excrushiating pain and they told me to take tylenol

I have visited them twice and was pleased by the experience. The pricing was exactly what dental discount plan listed. I really like Dr. Bronner he seems to know his bussiness.
