My daughter has been going to Dr. Tyan since she was 8, starting with a tongue crib to keep her tongue from thrusting forward and pushing her front teeth forward. The problem was resolved and then we returned to Dr. Tyans office once most of her baby teeth fell out. Dr. Tyans office is bright and immaculately clean. We have never had to wait longer than five minutes. Since Dr. Tyan is the only orthodontist in the practice, it is not a "production line" environment. Dr. Tyan is wonderful with the children - gentle, sweet, and professional. My daughter follows his instructions closely, mainly because of his gentle way. The receptionist is also extremely friendly and helpful. I am the daughter of a dentist and have grown up seeing mouths in professional magazines. I am extremely fussy when it comes to dental care, and did some shopping around. The fact that Dr. Tyan studied both engineering as well as orthodontia explains why his work is so impressive. The before and after pictures of his patients teeth are unbelievable!! Dr. Tyan has also been extremely generous in setting up a payment plan. My daughters teeth already look gorgeous, and he has not even finished treatment. Dr. Tyan comes highly recommended by me.

When my parents decided that my teeth needed adjusting two years ago, I was devastated. I dreaded the pain that was sure to accompany the procedure, and my anxiety was only compounded by the uncertainty of just exactly how long my sufferings were to last. However, after just the first consultation meeting, my worries vanquished. Dr. Tyan patiently explained everything answered any questions I had. He gave a darn accurate estimate of how long I would have braces for, and made sure I was prepared to tackle any problems that may rise in between visits. Overall, I felt well cared for and had confidence in my treatment since day one. Dr. Tyan is an outstanding orthodontist, and his team is filled with friendly and funny people who really light up my day every time I had an appointment. I am probably the only person in history to be excited to go to the orthodontist’s! After speaking with other friends about their history with braces, I am certain that I hit jackpot on the first try with Dr. Tyan and Sweet Smile Orthodontics.

My son came almost 3 years ago with a serious overbite. Dr. Tyan explained in detail about the treatment plan and all the cost. During the process, my son and me feel peace and easy. Its easy to get the appointment especially when my son needed help with his braces in the first few months. Dr. Tyan and staff are very friendly, we feel like home every time we are in his office. Before I saw Dr. Tyan for the first time, I got recommendations from some dentists and I checked his background. I believe he is the best in the area, but my son didnt believe me, he hated Dr. Tyan for putting the braces on his teeth, but as he grew older and comparing the treatment and the result with his friends, one evening, from the back seat, in the car he said , "Thank you mom, you took me to the best orthodontics in the area". It made me burst into tears silently. Its not everyday my teenager thanks me, and I want to thank Dr. Tyan for making my son looks more handsome now. :)

Would like to say that Dr Tony Tyan is the best orthodontist i have ever been to. My child needed orthodontic treatment and after receiving a free consult postcard from them decided to go there. Have absolutely no regrets. Dr Tyan took the time to explain in detail the entire treatment and payment plan. Made me feel very comfortable with the whole procedure. The treatment proceeded smoothly for two years and is now over. He is very thorough, experienced and gentle with kids and to corroborate what everyone else says- Just like the name- sweet smiles all around. The appts are usually on time with barely any waiting. And Jen the receptionist is always smiling and friendly. It made the whole unpleasant treatment for the teeth into a very pleasant experience. Was a pleasure to come to Dr tyan for my childs treatment. Nobody will regret starting their treatment here. I do highly recommend his practice.

I cannot thank Dr. Tyan and his lovely staff for my amazing experience at Sweet Smile Orthodontics as well as my now perfect smile. Within 1.5 years, the team transformed my teeth and gave me the confidence to smile without worry. The staff is so kind and caring, willing to answer any questions or concerns that arise during the treatment. Dr. Tyans humor and wit make appointments fun and I look forward to them every month. Even if you forget an appointment (or two!), the staff at the front desk is so accommodating and alway put a smile on my face. I was referred by my friends and co-worker to Dr. Tyan when I was looking for an Orthodontist for my son and myself. Now I just had my brace off but my son still has a long way to go in his treatment. We both love Dr. Tyan and his staff and visiting them is such a pleasant event. Front desk lady Jane always has big smile on her face and she treats us like her old friend. Dr. Tyan is very profession and he is always patient with my active and curious son. I had never seen a doctor with that big smiles from his heart all the time. Even when the times that we forgot our appointment or were late, they still had smiles on their face without any complaint. Thanks Dr. Tyan and Jane! Now I also can smile big!

Dr. Tyan and his staff are very friendly and they make the entire process go very smoothly! I came in when I was 12 years old with overcrowded/crooked teeth and left at the age of 14 with sweet smile ;) I always felt comfortable asking questions and Dr. Tyan and his staff were always courteous and patient. Not only is the "patient service" wonderful, but the results are promising as well. Shortly after getting my braces off, my brother and my mom got their braces. I would recommend Sweet Smile Orthodontics to anyone who is looking to straighten their teeth; youll get a beautiful smile along with excellent service.

I have been going to Dr. Tyan for a couple of years now and the quality and service has remained as great as it was when I first started. The place itself is clean and friendly. Dr. Tyan and his staff are patient and took great care of me as I went through my braces process. In the end, I couldnt have been more satisfied.
