Let me share my nightmare with this dentist office. It was one thing after another with this place. My wife scheduled a cleaning which when we showed up to the office actually turned into an examination. She was told she needed some work done and we needed to pay the same day. So we figured oh well get it over now. So we paid what the receptionists told us. We then get a notice from our insurance that my wife saw a DIFFERENT dentist that wasnt covered under our plan. We tried to get this rectified over the phone but the insurance and the office kept pointing fingers until one admitted the mistake and then filed through the correct dentist. THEN we get another notice from our insurance that Dolson Ave put it through that we paid in full. So we then had to cash these checks from the insurance and mail them out. A month later a bill comes in the mail that we still owe the full balance on the account. My wife called in pretty upset and the receptionist gave her quite an attitude. At this point my wife handed me the phone and I was told I needed to go to the bank to get a copy of the check we mailed out to them because they dont have it in there system. The woman was probably the rudest receptionist I have ever dealt with. A few minutes before I fax over the checks I get a call from another individual that states they found the checks and will talk it over with another dentist to "see" if they will continue treatment with us. All in all, pretty nice office and good dentists but the office workers are HORRIBLE at their job and are extremely rude! I will never go here again and you should save yourself the aggrivation and go somewhere else!

I have recently become a client at Dolson Avenue Dental. The first things that stand out about this office are the numerous recognitions posted on their waiting area wall.(BBB : A+ rating more than once and many other recognitions) This office is truly phenomenal in every aspect. Dr. Eric Waldman,DMD is very down to earth and kind. He is also honest and knowledgeable. The assistant/hygienist (Dominique) is attentive and efficient. My son also saw Dr. Rebecca Rashford,DDS and she was excellent with my son. The receptionists are thorough and very nice. I never wait long to be seen and the office is up to date and kept very clean. The entire process from arrival to the conclusion of the visit is always handled smoothly. They truly value their clients .

Dolsen Avenue Dental is the only place for my family and I. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. The Dental Assistants are gentle and thorough. The Dentists are top notch. The listen and create unique treatment plans for you individual needs. Plus the Tvs are terrific distractions for those who dont love going to the Dentist. They have great savings plans as well to help make dental care affordable. Finally, the work in tandem with Bracesetters which is a plus for me with 2 teens.

I love this dental practice. Dr. Eric Waldman is a fantastic dentist. All four of my family members have been cared for by Dr. Waldman and he really takes his time, is always pleasant, caring and extremely skilled. The hygienists are lovely and thorough. I cant say enough about this practice. Wonderful!!
