I was referred to this practice due to moving back from the city, and as skeptical as I am with finding a doctor here upstate, as good as the ones in Manhattan. I have never been to the office, and I will say the front desk staff are the ones to blame. They are not at all friendly. My son was seen at the ER two days prior, and found it necessary to finally go to this practice (with the good referral for the doctors especially,) I was given a hard time being asked why it is I think that a doctor there should see my son if hes not a patient of theirs? I asked her, "Dont you accept new patients," kindly, and she put me on hold just right away without even saying tto hold on. What kind of a question is that, why I would bring my son there? TO be seen OBVIOUSLY!!! I feel very sorry, because this is one of the practices I thought I would give a try especially since there arent many Pediatrics in my area, but the receptionists nasty attitude is not going to slide, especially if I were to decide to be a long term patient there. If you dont like your job, you dont have to work there, ya know? Its not a patients fault you are having a bad day, or you are simply rude! We are parents, and we all want the best for our children, especially when they feel sick, working in a pediatrics office, you should have a sense of compassion, not just once in a while but at all times!

Monroe pediatric is my familys pediatrician since i had my first child they helped me in every way...any question was answered being on the way to emergency room they already called in and made arrangements 4 us ....keep up the good work!! Thank you
