Weve been here since 2009 and couldnt be happier. There was only one surly staffer and shes gone. Both doctors and staff are always helpful, kind and have given top treatment and advice, and put my child and myself at ease. Weve seen every doctor in the practice and weve been very happy with their "bedside manner" and expertise. Ive never waited more than ten minutes, even when I called in "the day of" with a sick child. Pharmacy is contacted instantaneously (electronically I believe) so there is no lag time. When I was a new mom, Dr. Levy talked me off the ledge at all hours of the morning. He was always patient and kind, with a follow up call, directly from him, the next morning to see how both child and nervous mother made out. Referrals to specialists have been excellent. Doctors are always willing to take the time to discuss / explain any concerns or questions. Highly recommend.

There was a time when this group doctors of care about their patients. I think I have noticed in 5 years they have Definately gone bigger but their services has declined tremendously. Customer service and personalsation is gone. Be prepared to wait for good 1 hour if you are on time and they turn patients away if you are 10- 15 min late even with a sick child. Unlike in past doctors saw the kids no matter what. You could reach them directly. Now even Automated prescription never reach on time. You will be standing in front of your pharmacy with no paperwork and if you need the medicine later when the office is closed forget about it There was a time the doctors would be personally involved. I am overall disappointed and time to change!!!

Like the previous review said - there was a time when this office was fabulous from the staff to the Dr.s. They fired Adele who was the best thing that ever happened to that office and the staff have been awful. They are rude, the Dr.s are rude and if you question them they get defensive and downright nasty. The warm friendly atmosphere is gone. Definitely time to move on. I personally told them a few years ago that people in the area were saying not good things about them hoping they would revert back - unfortunately they did not.

We have been going to Dr. Levy since our daughter was first born. He has literally held our hand as first time parents and has helped us through colic, acid reflux, poor weight gains, multiple eye infections, ear infections, stomach viruses and plain old first time parent hypochondria syndrome. He is a caring, dedicated doctor who will take the time needed and more with your family. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a pediatrician
