I like the doctor and he is not the type of doctor who will scare you for nothing and makes you come in and prescribes medicine and orders for bloodtest unnecessarily. I have been visiting Dr.Ganti since my kid was born and works for us. He does call you back if you leave him messages, he has missed calling me once in 13 months. My son has strawberry birthmark and at first he observed it himself and then recomended a specialist. He is the best doctor for the normal well visits and shots. If you have special condition then he will recomend a specialist upon request. I had to take away a star for not keeping up the time. I had an apointment at 3.15 and for more than an hour Doc didnt show up from his lunch break. When I asked the receptionist they kept telling he will be here any minute and they wont call the doctor to find out when he will be at the clinic. I dont know why they gave the appointment when doc isnt there.

Dr. Ganti never spent more than 3 minutes in an appointment with us. He also gave us questionable advice such as ignoring fever in a child less than 30 days old and told us to "just give a little tylenol", when really a child so young with fever should go to the ER. Also, his staff was comprised of high school students, or untrained workers. I had a high school student do my sons history and physical more than once. There is not a single nurse, MA, LPN or anyone else medically trained in the office to answer questions over the phone. The staff is poorly trained and can only speak to you regarding scheduling appointments; they take messages if you have questions to which no one ever responds or even has record of. I would not recommend him to anyone and in fact hope no one makes the mistake of putting their child in the care of this doctor and his staff.

Some people have an issue with the wait time at his office. I dont. Dr. Ganti gives each patient the exact time they need to feel assured, feel comfortable, and feel confident in taking care of their child. Im a mother; I have a lot of questions and concerns. I especially despise when you wait an hour, the usual wait time at any doctors office, and the doctor brushes off your concerns and spends only 5 minutes with you. I dont enjoy the wait, but thats why I prepare. I bring my work laptop with me. The staff is much more accommodating than Ive seen in other doctors offices. If my baby needs to nap in the car or I need to make a private phone call outside, theyll take my phone number and give me a call when Im the next patient up. Yes, the wait at any doctors office is not fun, but its no different anywhere else. At least the wait here is worth it.

Slow in diagnosis and also response time, long waiting period. I thought of changing this doctor and also visited some other doctors. But didnt like any other doctor, except Dr. Ganti. The way he gives medicine, did cure my son and daughter. He is very experienced and good doctor. Im going to this doctor when my kids were born. My kids has wheezing problem, and he gives medicine only if required. thats what i liked it. He talks with confidence and also i have seen it. Only if required, he tell us to visit.

Dr Ganti is the worst doctor we have ever been too. Spends very little time with each patient and does not expain anything. The office staff is also terrible. They could not find my sons file more than once. They rarely know what is going on and will keep you on hold for over ten minutes.

Such a worst office staff and doctor himself. I will not recommend this doctor ever. He has worst fighting attitude . Waiting time at his office is min 2 hr. If you dont find any doctor go to ER but dont go to his office

Terrific doctor and a wonderful person. Never rushes through the appointments . Addresses all questions and concerns with great patience. Always returns calls to address the childs health issue.
