Los empleados son de lo peor .... atienden de mala manera .... son groceras, mediocres, y parece que hicieran este trabajo obligadas; aparte de todo comenten errores y uno sale A deber les falta educación y cultura.... también la espera es eterna le dan la cita a uno a las 9 y lo atienden a 12 es ridícula la espera, es inhumano llevar a un niño enfermo y que lo hagan esperar de esa manera . No Le recomiendo a nadie este lugar Es malísimo !

poor costumer service. Esta fue hace 3 meses y nuevamente El peor servicio al cliente que he recibido. Los dostores muy buenos pero la secretaria sin nada de etica el trabajo de ella es hacerle la vida imposible a la persona desde q mi bebe nacio he ido ahi HASTa HOY. Mi hija tiene seguro privado para estar pasando tanto trabajo con esas sinEscuela.

This office doesnt work proper way at all. They always open late, every time we would have an appointment at 8 am they would open 8:15 am or even later, and doctor always late for hours, so you just have to wait all this time while she is away in the office. Last visit doctor was 1,5 late, we were late to preschool and I was late to work. Usually our appointments coming to 1,5-3 hours. Receptionists are always rude and unfriendly. Nurses are nice. Doctor always unfriendly and gives antibiotics absolutely for everything even when child doesnt need it. Completely unhappy and leaving this office

Honestly, this is probably the worst place you could choose to go for a doctors visit. The staff are incredibly rude and impolite. Theres a select few that are actually nice and attentive. Whenever you need a physical form signed and done, it is a pain for them to actually complete it. Also, when you need a referral asap, they never answer your phone calls. Whenever you need their service you either dont get it whatsoever or you recieve it the worst possible way. Save yourself some trouble and find another pediatrician to take your child to.

The staff in this office is horrendous. Receptionists will always give you an attitude. One time they wrote down that my daughter got a shot, but she did not get the shot. When we came back they did not want to give her the missing shot. I have been dealing with them for 3 weeks trying to get my childs records to transfer to another clinic and it seems I will have to wait 2 more weeks just because they "have a lot of records to send out". Very unprofessional. If you value good service for your children, must avoid this place!

Doctor only cant give you satisfaction unless there is a good customer service. I have visited the office for almost three years. I chose it because of the proximity. Now I get tired and decided to have another. The reception is terrible they never acknowledge you as a customer. they have no respect,to get priority you have to speak Spanish.Despite your appointment and your arrival you have to wait. I will never advise any one to go there if they want to be treated as human.

I use to love Dr Lozano but after the 1st yr my daughter was seeing different docs not by our request...the staff at both locations is horrible..the need doc office have requested my daughters records since 2015 and still have not got them..glad i left...they are the worst

Been going there since i was a baby AND I HAVE NO IDEA WHY! Expect to show up for an appointment at 0900 and not see a doctor until 1230. They never answer the phone and they dont even have an email you can contact them at.

Awful !!!!!!! Poor service , long waiting time , unprofessional in every single level , to get a referral alone needed to call 4 times and still never got it! Changed my kids doctor and could not be happier !

Receptionist was very nice the medical staff was very attentive to my son who had fever , my doctor visit was about 1 1/2 total way better than Elizabeth office terrible customers service.
