IF I CAN GIVE THIS PLACE 0 stars I would. First of all. This was the closest to my house. A friend of me HIGHLY NOT recommended ME to go here but I totally ignored that NOW I SEE WHY. The first time I came in this places felt unsafe for my daughter to be here thats already a bad news. The Dr. Were so rude. And Im a first time mom I do have a lot of question but they walk in n out just like that. So the second visit it was a different doctor. And not just that while I was waiting in the room they gave me a bug started crawling out of one of the cabinet and that was so disgusting. I had to step on that bug and showed it to the dr. He him self agreed that was disgusting. Third time I came a different doctor.. And I wanted to keep in track of my babys vaccine but its not written down for me. Before moving to New Jersey I had a best pediatrician. Friendly and not rude. In here they are so rude. Im very disappointed and regret that I didnt listen to my friend. I need a new pediatrician.. ASAP.....

Worst doctor place. It says Dr Gaurang Patel office but every time I went there I got different doctor. My son has bad cough and I went to see the doctor. First disappointment some new lady doctor showed up. Then she prescribes my son some cough medicine even though she knows he has allergy to pollen and will need nebulizer. Shes like try this medicine and if no difference then will try nebulizer. My son is coughing badly for last 2 days even after taking medicine. I called doctor office two times and the staff says doctor Patel will call back after he is done seeing patients. Its been two days and I still have not gotten call from Dr. Patel.

I had a previous pediatrician in Clark NJ that was the absolute worst. Going to Dr. Patels office is a breath of fresh air literally . Office decor is wonderful and kid friendly , wonderful office staff that always remembers you and actually takes interest, helps in every way possible whether it be calling insurance and talking on your behalf or researching documents. My favorite person is my son and daughters Doctor , shes funny personable and knowledgeable my kids actually like her . I have a newborn and a 3 year old. I go to the Colonia NJ office .

Dr Gaurang is taking care of 9 yrs old son and 18 months daughter since last 9 yrs.. Also we get appointment same day. If the kids are sick, we get appointment within hr. yes,,, there are lot of crow at the doctor office, because he is a good doctor. The staffs at his office are all races from white, black, desi , indian, south indian. mehican, hispanic, beaner. So any race you belong, still you will be comfortable to visit this doctor. There times at holiday and long weekend, we are able to call the doctor and get the prescription over the phone.

THE BEST pediatricians office in New Jersey. Probably the best in the USA and even the world ! You just feel happy and comfortable with the staff and I am truly a happy person with this doctor. My kids get fast and friendly treatment and Margaret at the front desk is second to none with help in the paperwork and compassion. The doctors have my childrens lives in their hands and I feel at peace with their skills. Top notch and loving people!

In this hospital whenever they gave appointment Say ex if they 4.00 p.m. and we reach on time. However we will be called only after 2 hours. Why this is happening. With the small kids we cannot keep for long time. By the mean time we go inside to check there are lots of rush. Is this mismanagement . Suggest to give the appointment and the patient should be taken in within 30 mins.

I scheduled my appointment with Dr Gaurang Patel , however after long wait some other doctor attended my baby and didnt give time to look for our concerns only she was concerned about giving the vaccination twice which already done in my home country

We have been going there for a year now but have waited on average 1hour to be seen & then rushed out in 10-15min. Even when we are the first appt it is still a minimum 30 min wait.
