Bad experience, go somewhere else, perhaps its a cultural thing they might just be good with Indians, theyre extremely slow, fairly rude, and the doctor has little to no baby skills. The receptionist also tried to give us a hard time sending over our sons immunization records to the new doctor, tried giving a run around that they sent it when in fact they didnt. The receptionist gave us some nonsense about a supposed $30 copay not being paid from months ago, and when we tried giving them a credit card over the phone they wouldnt take it, checks only she said. Which country are they living in and who does business like this? And mind you weve been there several times from the time it was owed and they never asked for it until they found us leaving and all the sudden it came up and worst, they tried making it difficult with holding immunization records hostage. Doctors dont do anyone any favors they take a good amount of money for their services from peoples insurances. Oh and not to forget they cancelled an appointment on us with only a 20 min heads up, and then when we tried rescheduling and the receptionist told us you guys cancel too much, we were speechless. Any time we needed to make an appointment within a day or two theyd tell us nothing is available for a week or two, and force us to come in within an hour and thats the last spot and theyre closing etc., and when wed get there, there would be hoards of people, always Indians strolling in after us. Favoritism towards their own people maybe or just coincidence, dont care anymore. Take your insurance that pays them pretty well and go somewhere else where youll get good service for your child!

I called and asked for a copy of my immunization records. The receptionist told me to call back the next day so she can look for it. I called back 3 days later so they would have enough time to locate records. The next receptionist I spoke to had no idea what I was talking about. So, we had to go through the whole process of locating my chart. She called me back and said they can fax it to me but I dont have access to a fax machine. I asked if she can print the SINGLE SHEET OF PAPER and mail it to me since I am in another state. She stated that there is a charge to mail it out. The patient has to pay for the envelope and stamp. So in order for her to mail it to me, she needs to take a payment by phone for 75 cents. Its so pathetic and cheap. Shame on Dr. Bupathi for being such a cheap person that she has the patient pay for the cost of the stamp. Such a disgrace!!

The worse place to go, every time you go they come up with a new problem in the middle of the process. Either with your insurance or with something else. We had to come a second time for the same physical because they were unable to process our insurance the first time and they told us that we had to pay for the previous visit with cash even though they didnt do it the first time, the reason we were there for the second time. Dont waste your time, go somewhere else.

I had a worst experience as I had a blood work for my kid and report got delivered to doctor but we never get any update, then we went to get an update then receptionist started shouting and misbehaving with us saying it is not her duty to entertain us. I have a very very pathetic experience over here and will request all parents who love their kid not to go to this doctor else one or other day you will also end up in the same situation like us.

Ive been with Dr Bupathi since I was about 10. Im currently 20. When I first started, her secretaries were up to par and knowledgeable. Now she has dumb Indians working behind the desk who overschedule appointments and always appear lost. She is often late so that pushes all her appointments back making you wait longer. Ive Never had a personal problem with the doctor; Shes knowledgeable and explains conditions to the best of her ability.

We have been here over 10 times, and yes Doctor Offices are busy and can be hectic, but thats anywhere. What I truly appreciate is the care, honest and genuine interest they have in my 3 childrens well being for this, is priceless. Thank you!!!

As per my Kid experience, she is very good. they provided the Immunization report i asked twice and staff is cooperative with us. they took time 1 or 2 days to get the full immunization, but as promised they provided.

Money oriented then patients. She can’t treat more than one issue at a time (Because thinking she will lose the billing and copay) as us to come again for another issue. I don’t recommend her.
