Agree with the previous comment that the doctor is great but the staff lacks responsibility and how to treat their customers. I rescheduled my appointment and asked if I could come at a certain as my common sense told me they might not be available. Take a day half off (-300) get a nanny for the few hours (-50) to find out that the doctor went for his namaz. The time before that, again I took half day and had to leave work, go home pick up my sick child and my other kids for shots. I got there 1 hour before closing and the Mexican lady looked at me like I stole burrito out of her hands. I am a working mom with three kids, when the hell do you expect me to come. Gets even better, I went in, didnt even get what I wanted but because the doc saw me for 10 mins, I was slapped with two visits and one sick visit and had to reschedule my appointment anyway. To end the story, I asked to have my kids record and requested the doctor call me on one of the reports that I had came in to be explained. She said no problem, I will make sure he calls u today. Three days later, this is what you are going to get. -500.00 for me and for that I will make sure I write a review to give u negative thousands for people who want respect when they come in with their hard earned money and save the hassle for other people that have option to go elsewhere.

This is definitely the best Paedratric clonic in NJ. Doctors are great here. They love their profession and are not money minded like other facilities around. I never had any issue with the staff. Sometimes wait can be pretty long. But overall, definitely recommended.

Some times staff on reception really rude they get busy on their calls n do not acknowledge your presence. I drop my 4 years kids blood sample for allergies test they did complete blood examination but the required test was missing in reports

The doctor is nice but his staff is really rude. Like they are too busy doing there own thing and dont acknowledge you. The speak so rudely, if youre sick you dont wanna deal with that stuff.
