I was reccomended by two family friends. DO NOT GO HERE. The staff is all rude, mostly women who are fake to your face. Ive heard several gossip the second a patient leaves the office or when they hang up the phone. The wait time is absolutely ridiculous-- It is ALWAYS packed!!!! They often do not have available exam rooms so they take your pet while you wait in the waiting room, left wondering whats going on and where the heck your pet is and whats being done to them. They are out to get your money, and to take advantage of you. I am disgusted and upset I wasted so much money here and my poor new animal has suffered the consequences--from issues with the neutering process, the stitches removal, after care surgery, repeat, never ending unnecessary surgeries. They are out for money and do not care about your pets health or safety at all. You can hear animals crying from the waiting room. The rare times I actually get to see one of the few vets, he or she comes in the exam room for for all of two minutes-- suggesting something expensive-- very uninformative--while you sit in the exam room for over 20 minute waiting for them to return. Happy to say I will be going elsewhere!!!!!

They agreed to board my elderly dog for a week. I called periodically to check on her and the staff said she was fine. When I picked her up, she was not fine, had lost a significant amount of weight, and cried in the car ride all the way home. The staff then told me never to board her here again. As if I was the one to blame. I really did not want to board her, but due to a family emergency I was left with few options. If they were not up to this task, they shouldve let me know when they screened her. This place did not show love and compassion for my dog. She was deeply traumatized by this experience. To add insult to injury, after handing me the bill, the worker gave me a list of names and numbers of facilities that specialize in care for elderly dogs. Why did they not give me this information behorehand? To me, this felt like a blatant money grab. Not a place that puts pets before profit.

Because my pets are so old (12 to 19 years) we are frequent flyers here and the staff is unfailingly kind, caring and compassionate. Our vet is all that as well as knowledgeable, practical, understanding and always available. I wish we didnt see them so often but I am grateful for for the care they provide.

Incapable staff, inflate their bills with added unnecessary add ons as most vets do, and unsanitary facility. Highly NOT recommend .
