I had one of the worst experiences there I arrived early as requested at ten after six for a six thirty appointment I sat there filled out application, and I sat and sat no one ever said anything to me it was now seven thirty three & I am still sitting there and no one said anything, finally my phone rang and one of my co workers asked how did it go I said I am sitting here & no one is saying anything I seen people come and go and I am the only one still sitting waiting . Now I hear the gentleman say they close at eight. so I ask can I have my insurance card back and he said I didnt give you your card back I said NO he looks under the top of the xerox machine & it still there he saids oh . I was totally ignored the whole time there I was never given any explanation of why I was still there sitting and why I wasnt called ,when I left there my pressure was sky high I couldnt even go to work the next day I ask to speak to the Director & was told he would call me but never recieved a call. I told my physician that referred me of the way I was treated that there is no way I would ever go back there not only did my pressure go up but I am experience more pain in my shoulder and arm in which I didnt feel before I went there, now after working a ten hour day up since 4 am & I had traveled from Queens there That first impression of how their staff works will always leave an impression of some one that will do my health more harm than good!!!!

Main reason I go here is that it is close and makes it easier for me to attend my physical therapy sessions. Ive found Gurjeet (sp?) and the rest of the staff (Jennifer, Morgan, Bert, and Lisa) easy to deal with and nice people. This is the second injury that I am going to Brick Run for and I like going here. I believe other reviews are right that Gurjeet is the only physical therapist there, but he does always have a few assistants on hand and they give you direction on what exercise you need to do next and will provide feedback if what you are doing is not correct.

The entire staff is great. The therapist Gurjit and his assistants are terrific. They are very professional and knowledgable of what needs to be done with each individual. I totally recommend them. Perla

Gurgit is a great physical therapist. I went after my ACL reconstruction knee surgery. At first it feels a bit hectic as there are a lot of people working with you and a dog. But they know how to help.

They keep you waiting at least 1/2 hour and twice 1 hour. they are overbooked and understaffed.profit seems to be a higher priority than patient satisfaction.

not been there yet but the receptionist is the most unfriendly person in the world. Not a good start. I hope the therapists are better

Gurjeet and his team have fixed me twice! Both were running injuries, plantar plantar fasciitis & hip pain.
