His new staff at Mount Sanai - that are responsible for scheduling and follow through are complete idiots. They are so unresponsive. For over 4 weeks I have tried to schedule an appointment, they take down information and do not relay this information to the Dr.. I have 6 different stories and each time I am promised that I will receive a return call or that my prescription will be filled neither happens only the next day to be filled with I am sorry I will take down your information and he will be sure to get back to you.......Oh this is an new system and we dont have access to the old system only he can go in....oh we dont even take your insurance only to find out my employer was an exception at the end of the phone call...next story Nurses are busy but they will call you back - no return call ....I dont know if anyone is held accoutable but Dr. Hatcher you have got to do better than this - you owe your patients more than that - as it seems common sense is hard to come by in this office....otherwise he is a great Doctor.

TERRIBLE!!! First off, I was new patient. The receptionist was very rude from the beginning. I get there and have to call up there like Im in some third-world country only to sit there for over an hour. The doctor had two patients front of me and made me sit there. I told them I had to leave but stayed because I was already there. I was late getting back to work. THEN...without me knowing, they made a follow-up appointment for me. When I didnt show up, the called and basically told me off for not coming in. I said, "I didnt make this appointment, nor do I have a reason to come in anymore." Then they tell me that I will see a $50 charge on my credit card. Obviously Ill dispute the charge with my credit card company. This place is a complete joke and a huge waist of time!!!! GO ELSEWHERE!!!! No wonder the security is so tight...they must have many angry patients!

Visiting the office on West 23rd Street was a pleasure, but thats where it ends. The office promised to refer me to another doctor, they took pictures of my issue to discuss with this other doctor never giving me her /her name. I have made several calls to the office been put on hold for at lease twenty minutes only to receive a recording. I finally reached someone two weeks later only to be told the doctor was on vacation and they would get back to me. I called back the following week and again put on hold for twenty five minutes after which I hung up and called back to be put on hold and again I was give a recording. This is the worse place for service and follow-ups and care - Maybe I will hear from someone next week

The office is empty with no patients and now I know why. It is one thing if a Doctors office is full with many patients waiting but when no one is in the office. The first time the same thing and I had to wait 40 iminutes--I complained and he said he was sorry and it would not happen again --then the second time the same thing but he was not even in --so when i complained they said he was on the way--if a Doctor does not care enough to be on time --let alone have the office call to say he would be late but no one was in the office --no patients---this guy is a loser---my time is worth more than that and his.

WOW im saddened after reading the reviews below i went to him a couple of years ago and he was great and so was the staff. Im not sure what changed or why it changed. if you need a friendlier staff i will send me resume.
